We really enjoyed our stay here, we were given a lot of detail so we could find our way and easily check in. The site and toilet was very clean and spacious. We will definitely stay again

Fully grassed at the end of summer - awsome. Thanks Karl & Kylie - we had a great 3 day peaceful stay exploring Serpentine & Jarrahdale. 10 out of 10. Will stay again for sure.

Firstly, Wendy was super helpful when I messed up my booking and helped me fix it. Proper legend!
The site itself, with a max 7 camp guests on a huge, well maintained and secluded field off the main road is perfect for people who like some space. Having a portaloo was very handy and kept in great condition. My kids loved it and we will definitely come back soon. Thanks Dan

The location was very convenient, only about 15 minutes from Byford, and the campsite itself was pleasant and well-suited for a simple getaway. The grounds were nice enough for a comfortable couple of nights, with a good camping vibe and a peaceful setting.
The only downside facility-wise was that there was just one portable toilet for the entire campground, which wasn’t ideal.
Host interaction was minimal and not very welcoming. On arrival, I likely entered via the wrong route after a Hipcamp direction sign had fallen, and the first host I came across basically just shrugged as if to say “why are you here?” and offered little guidance or information about the property. I later had to ask another camper where to find potable water, and they mentioned they’d also received very limited information from the hosts.

Friendly dog came to visit a couple of times.

Loved the set up and the owners have a limit of people staying so you get privacy. Met the owners who were lovely and welcoming. The toilet is an added bonus. Was nice to walk and see the horses and the dogs were super friendly as well. We would definitely come back.

I met a host at the entrance and he was very welcoming. The place was clean, calm and cozy. It has a nice toilet that I can use tap water, soap even and washstand. I would like to visit again. Thanks for everything!

It was peaceful and spotlessly clean. Toilet was available and potable water. A large paddock nice and green.

We loved our swag stay, the field was a great size so there was loads of room to pitch away from the neighbours, everyone was super friendly and a few doggo’s roaming around which were friendly also.
The owners were super helpful, friendly, and even delivered us our own fire pit.
The horses neighbouring were also a really nice touch!

The campsite is basically just a grassy field with a portable toilet and a small water tank. The facilities are extremely basic, and there is no real comfort provided. For what you get, the price feels far too high compared to other places with similar or even better amenities.

We enjoyed our stay at Mr & Mrs Sludge's farm on the weekend. Wendy & Sludge are very accommodating hosts and their camp sites are located on lovely green grass. A great little weekend getaway, away from the hustle & bustle of city life. Close to Serpentine Falls for hiking & Jarrahdale for mountai bike rails. Will definitely stay again.

A great spot with lots of space. Nice clean portable toilet and water if you need it. We needed space to set up our new camper...this was perfect. Great place for stargazing, plus lovely and quiet.

We really enjoyed our recent visit at their quiet property. It was a lovely green patch and liked watching the horses roam around their paddock . They have two dogs on the property and one is an old friendly black Labrador 🤗 We took our old border collie and he liked meeting them . We just had to take the spot prickels out of his long coat. We were aloud a fire 🔥 so that was a nice relaxing night time treat 🍷

Me and my partner camped here on a Monday night, we was the only ones there which created a lovely relaxing atmosphere. Greeted by the owner right away with a very warm welcome which was followed by their two beautiful dogs welcoming us! The field next to the camping spots had two horses which were super friendly and enjoyed a nose scratch!
Really recommend this camping spot if you’re looking for a quiet get away! Clean toilets and fresh water tap outside also!
We will definitely be back to play more fetch and give belly rubs to the doggos! 💛
