We prioritize the safety of our horse campers while welcoming all types of campers to immerse themselves in the breathtaking beauty of West Virginia's mountains. Nestled at the foot of Spruce Knob Recreational Area on Briery Gap Road in Riverton, WV, our campground offers stunning views from the highest elevation in the state. The riding season runs from May to November, providing an almost heavenly experience for horse riders and nature lovers alike. We feature five RV sites equipped with electric, water, and sewer connections, as well as two additional sites with electric and water, all offering 50 AMP service. For your convenience, we provide a bathhouse and restroom facilities, along with covered pens for your horses. While dogs are welcome, we kindly ask that they remain on a leash within the campground to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone.
