If you ever find yourself in Yelm, WA and you need a place to hookup your RV, well then Scott has the perfect place to hang out for a week or more. There was plenty room for my Golden Retrievers to zoom, I believe the 1031 RV Pad is sitting on 10 acres. So you’ll be out in the country but only a sort drive to the big city attractions in Yelm. The pad is level with full hookups, just like being at home. Scott is great host stopping by a few times to make sure we had everything we needed. The 1031 RV Pad is definitely in the do again category the next time I’m in Yelm.

Scott’s place is quiet, peaceful, and plenty of fresh air. Included full hookups and a nice patio set to sit outside. We felt safe and welcome in our 35ft Skoolie.

1031 RV Pad is well maintained by Scott. He lives on an adjacent property and is very attentive to his guests. He had generously stacked some firewood by the fire ring and had some chairs out on a makeshift patio. It is an extremely quiet area with a magnificent view of Mount Rainier as you leave. The hook-ups are all as described and easy. The back-in was straightforward. We will keep this location on our short list when we return to the Joint Base Lewis-McChord area.

If you're looking for a quiet escape without sacrificing convenience, this spot is a hidden gem. Nestled on ten serene acres just outside Yelm, it's the perfect place to unwind. There’s no traffic noise, no crowds. We loved waking up to the sounds of nature and enjoying the peaceful surroundings.
The RV pad is fully equipped with all the hookups you need for a comfortable stay. It’s a great balance of seclusion and accessibility.
The nearby hiking and biking trails added even more to our stay—there’s plenty to explore right outside your door.

Beautiful spot. Quiet. Wonderful view. Scott is a great host. He even left some firewood for us. The only thing, bring an extra length of stinky slinky with you. The septic is in the back. Thank you Scott!
