We really enjoyed our two night stay. The deer that appeared in the evening in the field was a nice treat. It was a nice reprieve from the 400 site State Park Campground we were at before getting to Bill's place! Thank you Bill for hosting us.

Nice location, good host. Would recommend one of the other spots as this one was pretty sloped but we made it work. Easy access to downtown.
It was an easy trip from Vancouver, Wa for an overnight camping trip. We had lots of fun and it was quiet. Porta-potties were a little sketchy, but the ground was clean. I would stay there again.
It’s very unleveled and not for rigs but better for tents. You can find 6’ of level space to sleep on with a sleeping bag but if you beds any longer like an 20’ class b there isn’t 20’ of level ground to set upon. Otherwise it’s on a pretty busy part of highway and you can hear it and neighbors below the hill. It all gets calm at dark though. It’s set up with a plastic container full of water in the sun, wood and a picnic bench then there’s a portable potty close by you can walk to. We didn’t need any of that mostly just a place to sleep and we didn’t get that here. It was real quiet at dark which was nice. I don’t have a means to level my 23.5’ so we didn’t sleep good on the slop. I think any good camp host should tell you if it’s going to be so unleveled. That’s kinda the KEY to having a real camper spot level ground otherwise your just trying to make a fast buck. ‘Bill’ needs to tell us somewhere in the conversation or posting that we’ll have to level our rigs to sleep here. I’d say since I couldn’t sleep due to owner not mentioning the how unleveled it was, then this was a fail of a stay for me. So I lost 10 life points for missing a nights sleep over owner not mentioning how unleveled it was.

Beautiful spot right outside of town. The host was kind and accommodating and my pups loved exploring the area. I would definitely stay again.
Nice and private site that was easy to find. Host was responsive to messages and the site is conveniently close to town where you can easily find any last minute provisions or a good meal. The site does have a slight slope, but it was fine for tent camping and parking two motorcycles. Would definitely come back!

While the property was lovely, the site itself left much to be desired. It was difficult to find a spot that was close to level, both for our tents and the picnic table. This made the stay somewhat uncomfortable.
In hindsight, the site up the hill would have been better in that regard, but a little too close to the driveway, road and neighbors for what we needed ( small children and dog).
The water and firewood was very very helpful and the outhouse was clean.
There are five campsites on a spacious property tucked between greenspace to the west and south, with a few homes to the east. While the two sites closest to the homes may not offer the same sense of solitude as the others, the overall setting is serene. The port-a-potty (2 total on the property) was clean and well-maintained.
My pup and I were the only campers during our stay, giving us the freedom to explore the hilly landscape and enjoy visits from curious deer. Mowed paths guided us around the property lined with bushes covered with yummy blackberries. We met one of the neighbors, who was incredibly nice.
Bill provided firewood, poker, and water for the firepit, which was a thoughtful touch. It was a very enjoyable and peaceful stay! Thanks, Bill!

We loved tent camping on Bill’s land! The host was incredibly friendly and the hospitality was amazing. The site is private and surrounded by forest. Directions to the site were spot on. We will definitely come back!

The campsite was in a well kept area with a bathroom within a very reasonable distance. The ground was level and easy to put tent stakes into. The host provided wood for a fire if you desired. We were able to slide in and slide out without any issues. Would recommend staying.

Lovely field secluded from the other guests. Very kind to provide water and firewood
great landing spot for a night or two. the site we stayed at had lots of space and while we could see other guest we couldn’t hear them nor were we bothered by those around us. even our dog who normally can’t relax found lots of peace on Bill’s land. i highly recommend this site!

South Knoll was large and open. Host was extremely responsive and helpful. We appreciated that firewood and water were provided for each day. Town was very close but we saw deer and heard coyotes. It was a good first time Hipcamp experience.

Sites are well separated. The north Knoll was closest to the road and we had a little road noise because we stayed Sunday to Monday. There was a nice fire pit and plenty of firewood. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.
The camping area is a nice meadow. Some spots are better for tent camping than others. Bill is very accommodating and helpful. 🙂

As always, the property is amazing and Bill is the best host around. This is the ONLY place we camp now. We just went for the first time this year. It was the opening trip of very many for 2024.
We always love camping with Bill. I've been there half a dozen times now and have never ever had an issue. He is an amazing host!
Bill is an amazing host. The sites are absolutely beautiful. It's quiet and just a great place to be able to stay and enjoy some natural beauty.

Easy to get to. Everything as described. Some road noise but otherwise it was quiet.
It was pleasant. The spot was open but it on a slope. For our class B it took a bit to get it somewhat level. If you have a tent or our size camper I think it would be ok. But if you anything bigger I think it could be in issue. Other the that it was lovely. It was private. Our dogs loved to roam around. The port-a-pottie was clean. The town was nice as well. I highly recommend going to the Cottage bread & breakfast for breakfast.

Bill was so nice and polite. The site was excellent! We had a great time and plan to come back often! 10/10 recommend!
Good spot. Great communication from the host. More traffic sound than I prefer but a lovely fire ring, picnic table is accommodating and the toilet is close. For a simple night under the stars I would recommend.
