1 acre property, located approximately 5 miles from the hub of Port Orchard, and less than 2 miles from Banner Forest Recreational Park. All the neighbor's also have acreage, so it feels more spacious that the property lines show.😜 Forest/small farm land with campfire pit close by and available, as long as no "burn-ban" is in effect. Local, sandy beaches and docks within walking distance (2miles). RV/camper/trailer site with electric plug in and garden hose water available. Dump stations within 5 miles of property. Must be checked in by 8pm. Check out is 12pm. Pets are allowed as long as they are friendly, and must be leashed as there are other farm animals loose on property, as well as neighborhood animals. Dogs, Cats, Chickens and Ducks on property. High-prey drive animals not permitted. Campers must clean up after their pets immediately. RV/Trailer site can accommodate a 40+ ft trailer/RV including slide-outs and vehicle. Site is almost level, but longer RVs may need leveling. Terrain is firm, compacted grass and gravel. Tent Site #1 accommodates a grassy site for a Hip-camper to pitch an up to 10 person tent, as well as a 10ft x 20ft designated parking spot on a grassy easement. Campers at this site must provide their own tent and amenities.

Site #1 is situated atop a small hill, over looking the property. It has morning sunrise views, a shared picnic table and fire pit that is available as long as no burn-ban is in effect. Parking for both tent sites is approximately 50ft away and on the downhill side of the property. These sites are on a grassy yard and are not easily wheelchair accessible. This campsite is approximately a 20ft x 20ft space and would accommodate a 10 person tent.

Pets are allowed as long as they are friendly, and must be leashed as there are other animals on property, as well as neighborhood animals. Cats on property. High prey-drive dogs not permitted. Campers must clean up after their pets. Maximum night stay of 3 nights. 1 mile from Puget Sound. Manchester Beach is approx 2.5 miles away, and Manchester State park is approx 5 miles.

Good camp spot, located close to a ton of stores, dump station, laundry, etc. A great spot for resource reloading as the site has water and power for a great price! Danika was super communicative and helpful. It is in the house’s front yard so if you are looking for a very private spot this probably isn’t for you.

If you’re looking for a quiet place to get away from it, all wits end is perfect! Just room for one RV on the family property. As far from the parking lot spacing of some RV camps as you can get water and electrical hook ups, but no sewer hookup. Danika and Jake are welcoming hosts

We had a perfect stay at Danikas place. Booked late for same night, easy to find, nice site for our 31ft RV. Danika answered all our questions, offered us fresh berries from the garden. We would definitely stay there again.

Very nice place to stay. Easy acces to ferry for Seattle. Danika knows lots of places to visit in town, and is very helpful.

Danika may be the sweetest person you ever meet! She was so very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. We nestled ourselves amongst the trees and very much felt like we had our own space amongst the neighbors. Would definitely come back and stay another night!
