At times the cows can be loud when they are in heat or giving birth. They sometime find their way onto the campground as well. They are not aggressive and will walk away if you clap at them. Bathrooms are a port-a-potty. Unfortunately, we do not have showers or Wifi at this time. However, showers are available at the local gym for a $10 day pass. Bring your own towel and soap. Rules: 1. Quiet time is from 10pm to 7am 2. No fires over 2 feet tall 3. When burn ban is in effect gas fires only 4. Do not trespass on neighboring property or cow field 5. Drive slow on the road leading up to the campground (10 mph). The owner's cats are often on the road near the entrance so keep an eye out when driving.

Very nice campsite. We enjoyed the curious cows watching us set up our tent! The campground is centrally located between Rialto/La Push beaches and Forks, which made it ideal for exploring the area. We’d definitely camp here again!

We loved our stay at the twilight dome. The campsite was nice and quiet, a perfect weekend getaway. Roxanne was very responsive to all of our questions and went above and beyond getting us prepared for arrival. The dome itself is plenty big for 2 people and the provided gas fire pit put off a lot of heat. The cows were not very noisy at all. The campsite is not very far from a market if you need anything. Excellent stay, excellent host, 10/10 would recommend.

We enjoyed our two nights tent camping at Roxanne's site #4. The location was conveniently located between Forks and the beach whilst providing its own unique atmosphere. The provided porta potty was clean and other guests were respectful of quiet hours. We would certainly consider staying again in the future.

The Twilight Dome was an amazing and magical place to stay. The property was welcoming and well kept. Beautiful wooded setting close to town. I would recommend this to anyone wanting to get away for a relaxing time away from the busy city life.

Great spot - with plenty of privacy and space between other sites - just off the beaten path to relax after a day out exploring the area. Close to everything but just far enough away. My dog and I only spent a night there, but we could've easily spent a few nights there if I had more time. Staying on the edge of an open meadow was a unique PNW camping experience you usually don't get staying in a cramped state park or national forest campground deep in the forest. It was cloudy the night I was there, but I also imagine the stargazing is top-notch on a clear night. Do yourself a favor and check this spot out. The hosts bent over backwards to make our stay memorable and comfortable. The freedom and solitude of dispersed camping in a remote spot but with the amenities and service of glamping. Mike and Kira have a really amazing vision for the property. Daisy also does a great job welcoming (and romping with) your canine companions and I'm sure hopes you bring them along. If/when I'm in the area again, I will be camping here again.

This site felt private and secluded, I can’t believe how incredibly quiet it was - the cows didn’t make any noise and the neighbors were generously quiet as well. Next time I’ll stay in spot 5 with the small yurt! And the handwashing station next to the loo was a saving grace, thank you!! I’ll definitely camp here again next time I’m in the area, my dogs and I felt perfectly safe.

This place is a hidden gem!! I loved it there and most definitely will be back ! I will share with friends and family who want to explore the area! It was peaceful and quiet! They had the cleanest port-o-potties I’ve ever saw! I will be back to explore more!!! Roxanne was very helpful with ideas of places to go and answered all the questions properly!

Had a great time camping here! Campsite 2 was excellent, we enjoyed the privacy with a great view of the cows! This campsite is in a great location to get to the coast and Olympic NP. We will definitely be back!

Twilight Dome in Forks
Stayed here for a birthday trip and it was awesome! The little details were so fun, but I won’t spoil the surprise here. The dome was so comfy and warm, and it was really cozy to watch the rain fall on the skylight. There’s also a fun little game area, although it was a bit rainy when we were there. Such an unique and fun stay. We loved it!

Roxanne’s campground is a great spot to base out of to explore Washington’s coast. Rialto Beach, the Hole in the Wall, La Push, and Forks are all close by. The camp is tucked into the trees and very picturesque. Although I slept in my rig, I imagine the domes and hammock would be fun as well. The camp was dark and quiet. I didn’t even hear the nearby cows! Got a great night’s sleep. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks Roxanne!

Perfect little cite - comfortably separate, lots of trees, easy access, and a great view of the cattle field at sunset. Outhouses are adequate and well located. Would do again if in the area.

Definitely would stay here again! Loved the little details that was put into the property. Walked down the trail to play games, so much fun! Roxanne was easy to get a hold of and very friendly. The cows were a little loud but enjoyed the experience.

We enjoyed staying at wandering woodlands, the cows were very cute and the location was close enough to all things that we could possibly need, it was also really fun listening to all the critters, and bird watching above us. My puppies really had fun as well.

Quiet Camp in the Countryside

We really enjoyed our stay at this charming little campground. The layout was thoughtful and easy to navigate, and we loved playing games among the old trees in the surrounding forest. The sound of cows in the distance added to the countryside feel and didn’t bother us at all. Overall, the site was very quiet—though as always, that can depend on your fellow campers. Our only real disturbance was the early morning blasts from a lady’s air horn, which she used either to call her cows or chase something off. There wasn’t a bear-safe container at the site, but our host, Roxanne, reassured us that she’d never seen a bear around. All in all, it’s a peaceful and relaxing spot for a countryside getaway.

Definitely would come again. this place was sooooo quiet and peaceful. all i could hear was nature & animals around me. at this site, you are right along the fence line of a field of beautiful cows! they will sometimes come greet you or some try & an a staring contest with you. I didn’t get to meet the host directly, but she gave clear communication & her instructions were so easy to follow- after la push road, we didn’t even use our map, hers was better! 10/10 would recommend. Ps the sites are a little close together, but i didn’t feel violated at all! site 4 is also tucked away in the corner a bit which allows for more privacy. the property was beautiful and i would definitely come again !!!
