10 forested acres with trails throughout. Only 10 minutes to downtown but you will be right at the gateway to nature and the Olympic NP. Close to the Elwha River, Lake Crescent, beaches, and more. RV lodging with a large deck and hammock to relax under the trees. Or basic van camping spots for the minimalist camper.The RV site is all set up with amenities to make your trip as smooth as possible. Gravel driveway and parking pad for your car. 36ft trailer with 3 pop outs, king size bed, and cooking supplies. The bathroom is fully functioning in the trailer and there is a cedar outhouse with composting toilet and larger shower if you prefer more space. Enjoy the deck, picnic table, and fire pit (when allowed). There are 10 acres with trails throughout. There is another renter on the property in a tiny home with a dog. Property is near the 101 and there is road noise, it never bothered us or other visitors but be cautious of this if you are sensitive to noises.

Shelter with electricity and water.

Overall, the place had heat, running water and electricity. The gray and black water tanks were already mostly full when we arrived so one of us was able to take 1 shower there during our 2 night stay. Hot water worked and faucet water was drinkable. But the tanks being full really stunk up the place. The RV was definitely a shelter but for the price, we expected it to be clean at least. Tons of dog hair (even though dogs aren’t allowed?), especially in the fold out couch. We used the vacuum (which was full of hairballs) and seemed like it was going to break apart. Grime and a layer of dirt in all crevices of the place, including the shower, microwave, and the oven was dirty. The few mugs we used also needed to be cleaned before we could use them. Bedding of the King bed was gritty too. There was an awful smelling blanket in the closet in the bedroom that was gross. The lot was great but the outdoor shower didn’t have a drain or way to get out from the inside. The mechanism seemed broken to open the door from the inside and it reeked of urine. There was a fire pit and the neighbors had a dog that barked on and off during the night. The dog also approached our car when we drove in so be careful pulling in. Really wish this place could’ve lived up to the previous reviews but it just wasn’t it for us.

Amazing stay

RV with deck

I loved the rv, the location was close to everything while still feeling secluded in the woods! You can tell the hosts really took time to make this a special place. I can't recommend it enough.

Great place great place in the wood

The place was really close to Olympic Park and Lake Crescent and many other locations. Also close to town. We love the location the little fire pit the deck. The RV was great. Had a lot of necessities. We need great size for two adults and one kid or two more kids, the host set everything up for us and it was easy to communicate. We would stay again at this place if it was available.
