This RV spot very private and quiet. The owners use the main mobile home only seasonally as a vacation home. Across the yard from the mobile home is the RV spot. It's long enough for a large RV (with slide-outs) as well as your car or truck. Comes with sewer, power, water. You are welcome to use the fenced-in yard and your pet is welcome too. Enjoy quiet evenings around the propane firepit and watch the sunset. Restaurants are about 1.5 miles north and the State Park is 1 mile south. Strong WiFi is included in the rent. A property manager lives in the neighborhood and is available for any questions or concerns. Coin-op laundry room is a short stroll to the neighbor's property.
