One acre wooded lot a quarter mile from the Willapa bay and 1.25 miles to drive on beach access. “Bleat Retreat”- (Site 1) has full hook ups and a hammock stand. “Goachella”- (Site 2) is a back down area with a woody view. There is a communal firepit as well as a solo stove for use by either site. There is a flat grassy space for outdoor games and near all the major attractions without being in a busy area. The property also has WiFi mesh with fiber speeds. Come stay with the family! These sites are for fully contained units and do not have access to a shower or toilet. Owners may be onsite at times, and keep a camper at site of their own. Site #1 “The Bleat Retreat” will accommodate a large trailer up to 40’ and 50amps. Site #2 “Goachella” has a sloped back down and will accommodate a trailer up to 25’, a camper van, or a roof top tent set up. This site also allows tent camping (for now, until the grass grows in thicker this is on the gravel area or sand near the utility pole) as long as you provide your own toilet facilities.

Site #2 is a back down slope that will accommodate up to a 25’ trailer, camper van, roof top tent set up, or tents. The dump location is at the top of the hill. This site faces the wooded area of the property and sits below street level for a more private and nature facing feel. Water and electric hookups are approximately 35’ from the back of the site (more toward the slope). We have a longer, 30 amp cord and a 25’ hose extension if needed. This site is not accessible to longer trailers as the slope does not allow for clearance. If you would like to tent camp, you must have your own toilet set up and haul away waste with you. The pad is gravel and mostly level.

The Bleat Retreat is approximately 70’ long and fully leveled with gravel. It has full hookups and your windows will face the beautiful trees on the property. This site is quiet, easily accessed and while not a pull-through, is a pull in with a straight back up. Smaller campers can pull directly in (see pictures) so that the door faces the main parking area. Rental includes a firepit area, parking for 1-2 vehicles, and a small grassy area for yard games.

Very nice easy access from main road. Host very responsive to texts on Hipcamp. Felt very comfortable in our spot. Would definitely recommend this camp and will be going back in the future. And it's close to the beach.

This place was GREAT! Beautiful property, quiet and relaxing. I enjoyed that they had firewood for sale using electronic payments like Venmo and PayPal. Land owners were very kind, respectful and accommodating. We will definitely be back!

We truly enjoyed staying at The Sand G.O.A.T. It was exactly as described, and as the picture showed. Located on a quiet road. Nestled in a lovely wooded lot. At the north end of Longbeach in the historic district of Oysterville. Minutes from the Bay and Beaches, Parks, Restaurant's. Our hosts were wonderful. Looking forward to our next visit.
