Best for self-contained campers. There are no toilets, showers, or potable water at this Hipcamp.

Partially wooded active farmstead. We raise chickens rabbits and ducks with our pet cats and dogs. All animals are contained when necessary. We have an active garden through spring summer and fall. Property is not open for activities. Our property is located on a dead end country road. This is where quiet walks and beautiful sunrises happen. We are 2 minutes from Birchbay Market, Bob’s Burgers, Woods Coffee, a Gas station and the Interstate. Or 11 minutes from Birchbay beach itself. Our farm is surrounded by wetlands on two sides so we do see a fair amount of wildlife. This spot is ideal for someone who just needs secure overnight parking. Or place to put a tent for the night. Leashed animals only No hookups available/NO BATHROOM on SITE Starlink Internet is availableConvenient parking with fire pit. Located on dead end road great for dog walks and bike rides. Property itself is not open for activities outside of designated area. 12ftx20ft parking and camp site There is a small metal fire pit and trash can on site but NO BATHROOM amenities. Firewood available for additional $7 charge on site.

Quiet pit stop close to I5

This one is more on me than the site: it is a small animal farm, so be prepared for rooster noises around 1 hr before daybreak. If you sleep with earplugs in or have a very soundproof rig you'll be fine. If not, you might be better off staying at the Custer N/S rest stop off I5. Otherwise,it was dark and quiet.
