Tucked away behind a quaint town in a quiet residential neighborhood, this property rests beside a rapid river that winds through the serene forests of the North Cascades. While the property feels like its own peaceful world, you’re just five minutes from the charming downtown area of Granite Falls. And only 20–30 minutes down the Mountain Loop Highway, you’ll find some of the most incredible hikes in Washington. The river that runs along the back of the property features 75 feet of private shoreline on the Stillaguamish River — affectionately known as “the Stilly.” It’s home to summer and winter steelhead, coho, Chinook, chum, and pink salmon, as well as bull trout and sea-run cutthroat trout. You’re welcome to fish right from the property, as long as you follow all relevant fishing laws and regulations. And if you catch something, don’t forget to send pics! Just about a mile up Jordan Road is a local favorite, Riverscene Park, where visitors often park and float down the river on warm summer days.
