If you're passing through Spokane and need a convenient, quiet spot to park your camper or pitch a tent, Andre's place fits the bill. Tucked in a residential neighborhood, it offers a sense of safety and privacy while still being close to major stores and the highway. The level gravel pad and water spigot are welcomed features, although some visitors noted the occasional barking dog in the vicinity. Overall, it's a practical choice for a restful overnight stop, with many campers expressing their intention to return.

Quiet, easy stop for a night
28 ft travel trailer · With kids
Quiet, easy stop over for a night. We had to go down the street to turnaround so we backed in the correct angle, but the roads were wide so that was simple. Only needed one set of levelers, site is fairly level. It was nice having water at the site so we didn’t have to fill our tank. Easy to get to off I-90 and there was a Fred Meyer, Costco, Starbucks (plus a local coffee stand) nearby. We will stay here again if we need to stop in Spokane for a night!

Quiet & private, but close to town!

Great little spot close to Spokane but away from the noise and hubbub. Easy access, flat site for RV or tent, great water pressure! Andre' was a great host; thanks! Will stay again when we are through the area.

Four out of five stars for a functional, convenient, stop over campsite for the night. One star deducted for a neighborhood dog that barked late into the night. It’s important to understand the host’s description of the site; it’s a level, graveled area on a vacant erf in a residential area where you can park your camper for a night or three, not a vacation destination. It’s safe and private, and the water spigot was an added bonus. Thx Andre.

As a, Van life traveler this was the most perfect campsite situations I could think of. I mean, if I owned a home with an extra plot next door, I would do the same thing! This was perfect for our van and so easy. It was quiet, peaceful, and highly recommend it to anybody passing through!

Nice quiet neighborhood

Great spot to base out of when visiting Spokane. Quiet, safe, decent privacy, and close to everything. Nice big trees. If you think you have the wrong gate code, flip the lock over and enter it on the back perspective. I look forward to staying here again.

Last minute escape
16 ft car
Super convenient and great last minute option! To be able to just have somewhere to park for the night and set up with zero hassle was so awesome! There were about 4-5 deer when we got there! It’s close to local stores but feels secluded enough! The ground is level enough for tents. The only downfall is you couldn’t have a fire!

Super Pad!
18 ft travel trailer
This was a great location for our stopover in Spokane.
All was as Andre had communicated and the pad was simple and totally met our expectations.
Communication on line went well.
Easy to find and easy to get our travel trailer into the space.
Although there is housing all around, it felt very comfortable for what we needed.
Would return if we needed a day or so stopover in the area, again.

If you are looking for an easy place to camp in Spokane off i90 this is it! Easy to get in and out. You can hear the train off in the distance which was actually kinda fun. Andre was quick to respond to our inquiries which we really appreciated. The WiFi wasn’t great but we didn’t need it.
