Lovely and safe neighborhood area with a gate that locks. The large, gravel RV pad is nice & level. A great place to stay over night as we were passing through. This is the 2nd time we’ve stayed here. Andre is a great host! Very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend!

We were in spokane for one night. The camping site was just as described. easy off from I90. quiet neighbor hood. Gravel pad w plenty of room to move the camper van. I would use again.

Great spot to base out of when visiting Spokane. Quiet, safe, decent privacy, and close to everything. Nice big trees. If you think you have the wrong gate code, flip the lock over and enter it on the back perspective. I look forward to staying here again.

Super convenient and great last minute option! To be able to just have somewhere to park for the night and set up with zero hassle was so awesome! There were about 4-5 deer when we got there! It’s close to local stores but feels secluded enough! The ground is level enough for tents. The only downfall is you couldn’t have a fire!

We booked this spot last minute driving through Spokane Valley. It was perfect! Quiet, safe & nice tall trees! Easy to find, gated and easy access. Hassle-free! Would definitely recommend.

This was a great location for our stopover in Spokane. All was as Andre had communicated and the pad was simple and totally met our expectations. Communication on line went well. Easy to find and easy to get our travel trailer into the space. Although there is housing all around, it felt very comfortable for what we needed. Would return if we needed a day or so stopover in the area, again.

If you are looking for an easy place to camp in Spokane off i90 this is it! Easy to get in and out. You can hear the train off in the distance which was actually kinda fun. Andre was quick to respond to our inquiries which we really appreciated. The WiFi wasn’t great but we didn’t need it.

We were just traveling through, stayed overnight. Convenient location not far off the interstate, quiet and safe neighborhood. Would definitely recommend.
