The Mountain Nest sits on a lot in the Pleasant Valley neighborhood in Maple Falls, WA. It borders a vacant forested lot and a lot with friendly neighbors and trees. Outdoor BBQ and covered picnic area, as well as a fire pit are available for use. Please provide your own firewood. Pleasant Valley is about 4 miles from downtown Maple Falls and from there you are a hop, sip, and a jump to beautiful trails for summer time hiking and Mt. Baker ski area for winter sports. The cabin has a queen size bed with a waterproof mattress protector, please bring your own bedding. The cabin is off grid with no kitchen set up so you need to provide your own camp kitchen and ask that all cooking and food remains outside under the covered area. There is a portable potty on site.
