Tacoma Narrows Bridge Cycling Fun
Since I was bike packing from West Richland I had 284 miles to get from home, to the campsite. Unfortunately, I needed to add another day at the last minute, on my outward journey. Jim was so helpful and allowed me to use one of his other sites instead.
Jim let me use his garden hose so that I could rinse the road grime for me. Since, I had crossed the Tacoma Narrows Bridge that day, the goal of my trip, I decided to treat myself to a pizza. Jim so kindly brought the pizza to my campsite when it was delivered.
Delightful conversations and an all round nice campsite with nearby disc golf (not sure if it was a whole course), and a communal campfire area.
The campground was clean and tidy. The outhouse was also clean and nicely decorated. Really enjoyed myself!
And, I made it to the Tacoma Narrows Bridge and back, nine days, 529 miles altogether. So much fun.
