The Hideaway is located on a quiet and remote 5 acres of wooded property approximately 1 mile from national forest. Situated perfectly as a base camp for okanogan hunters, fishers, hikers, paddlers, cross country Nordic skiers, snow shoe adventurers, or just those looking for a remote mountain getaway. The Highlands Sno-Park is a 15min drive, as is the Sitzmark Ski Lodge Closest towns Tonasket : 11 miles down the mountain Oroville: 9 miles down mountain Chesaw : 14 miles across the okanogan highlands Nearby lakes Summit Lake, Fancher Lake, Beaver Lake, Beth Lake, Lost Lake, Sidley Lake, Osoyoos Lake, Spectacle Lake, Whitestone Lake Whatever outdoor adventures you’re into, the north okanogan valley highlands has it. We’d love to be your base camp!This site is 34ft 5th wheel rv nestled away in the okanogan highlands. Close to the Highlands Snowpark, thousands of acres of Okanogan-Wenatchee national forest, and many lakes. Fishing, hiking, hunting, snowshoeing, xc skiing, snowmobiling all outside your door. This site is a “dry cabin”, with no running water during the winter. We provide 5 gallon jugs of potable water from our well, and a water dispenser. There are dishes, linens, a vhs tv & vhs library The kitchenette has a gas burner stovetop, convection oven, refrigerator, and freezer. There is one bedroom with a queen sized bed, and one fold out couch. There are also additional foam mattress pads available. Electricity powered, and heated by propane ** we plow the road of snow in the winter season but 4wd/awd is required to access property
