Enjoy the serenity of the property, complete with two ponds and a network of walking trails to explore during your stay. Attention (This is not an RV park, there is only one hook up available.) Amenities include: - Water and septic hookups. - 50-amp and 30-amp plug-ins. - Picnic table. - Smokeless fire pit. Smaller RVs and rigs under 40' can navigate around the shop and pull through, while larger rigs will need to back into the site. A spacious driveway and turn-around area ensure easy maneuvering for all visitors. Conveniently located near Sequim, WA, this site offers the perfect blend of privacy and accessibility. You’ll be close to town for essentials and within a short drive of the many attractions the Olympic Peninsula has to offer.The property also features a small cabin rented to traveling medical professionals and a home listed on VRBO and Airbnb.
