About the Property Nestled on a serene hillside surrounded by nature, our Full Hookup RV sites offer something you won’t find at any typical campground—lush, professional landscaping that creates a sanctuary of beauty and calm. The RV sites are on one half of the 10 acre property, spread over 5 professionally landscaped acres, ensuring privacy and a connection with nature at every turn. Enjoy the community tiki torch fire pit, the sound of water features and walking trails throughout the property. While secluded and free from close neighbors, the hilltop location allows for occasional echoes from the valley below. Most nights are blanketed with the sounds of owls and frogs. Coyotes and deer are known to roam the area, so please keep pets leashed and watchful. Whether you’re looking for relaxation or outdoor exploration, this is the perfect basecamp for your Pacific Northwest adventure. Property is close (3 - 10 miles) to major shopping, restaurants, movies, hospital, fitness club, golf course, casino, hiking, biking, and walking trails out your door. Each site is equipped with 50/30 amp hookups and a 110 outlet, along with convenient water and sewer access. To make your stay even more enjoyable, we’ve added unique touches to each spot— flowers and plants surround the area, creating a relaxing and inviting space. On-site garbage and recycling available. You’ll also find a table at your site for dining or relaxing outdoors, with additional seating and decor thoughtfully placed around the property to take in the peaceful surroundings. Whether you want to enjoy a quiet moment to reset or explore the natural beauty that Washington has to offer nearby, this RV site offers everything you need for a memorable stay. Property Rules and Guidelines Our property is tucked away on a dead end, gravel road that winds up a peaceful hill, far enough from the main road to enjoy the quiet. Though you may occasionally hear the distant sounds of neighbors driving, yard work, or dogs barking. These noises are minimal, ensuring this will not affect the calm and serene atmosphere you may be seeking. To maintain the peaceful environment we cherish, we kindly ask that all guests respect the following guidelines: Quiet Hours: Please observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM to allow everyone to enjoy the tranquility of the space. No loud music or parties. Campsite Limits: Each RV spot is limited to a maximum of 4 people. We also ask that campers be 18 years or older to keep the environment calm and serene. Pets: Non-aggressive dogs are welcome, but pets must remain on a leash at all times. Please keep a close eye on them, as coyotes and deer occasionally roam the area. Fire Regulations: No personal fires are permitted. Please use the community tiki torch fire pit, and kindly refrain from foraging for firewood on the property. Vehicles: We allow a maximum of two personal vehicles per site. Only 1 RV/Camper allowed. Truck pulling a trailer is considered 1 personal vehicle. RV: No RVs without a self contained toilet. No RVs older than 15 years unless they are very well cared for. No tents. Waste Disposal: Garbage and recycling receptacles are available—please keep the property clean and respect the natural surroundings. A Peaceful Wooded Sanctuary!

This is one of the absolute best Hipcamp experiences we’ve ever had! This property looks like a work of art with beautiful landscaping, lighting, and sitting areas among beautiful trees. Pamela is an outstanding host and we highly recommend this Hipcamp!

Pamela and Chris were wonderful hosts! Very nice and accommodating. We actually went out with them to a very nice birthday dinner. The property is serene and amazing! Each site is wonderful with tons of space. Lots of work and care has been put into the landscaping and feel of the place. Very cool there! Thanks Pam and Chris! We'll see you again! Ryan and Shelby
