The place was a described, however there was trash piled up from previous campers and the porta potty had not been serviced for months, so it was nasty. I reached out to the host and got no response.

It was in a SUPER CUTE area! Finding the actual entrance was rather confusing however.. especially if you get there after dark like us...
The site itself was ok...
1. Visitors:
Be respectful and clean up after yourselves... Don't just leave stuff in the fire pit with the thought of it'll be burnt later. The last thing most want to arrive to see is your garbage sitting there and also, I don't want to burn that nasty stuff... also, don't leave your trash in the porta potty.. you're lucky you even have this option so help take care of it.
2. The site:
It was fine for a quick overnight, but definitely can tell the host probably doesn't live nearby as the site seemed like it needed some minor TLC.
The firepit seating was a little beat up and as mentioned earlier there was a decent amount of trash left behind by others. I definitely think a sign at the entrance would help visitors greatly.
That all being said, I still would recommend this camp as the host's communication was good, the area was great, the camp was nicely shaded, and the price is awesome!
With the help of travelers keeping it clean, the spot is pretty great!

Nice little place but the grass needs to be mowed and maybe a sign put out on where your suppose to camp. Hard to camp in a tent when the grass is high and it’s pouring rain.

This was a great little tucked away spot, but it has a few issues.
The previous group before us left trash behind, making it harder for us to dispose of our trash.
The porta potty had not been serviced in over a month. It was evidently full when we arrived, with toilet paper mess all over.
The property itself is not clearly marked off; there is a huge property, but a small wire fence that was folded away that had a no trespassing sign right in the middle. Two fire pits? A lovely fairly garden. We weren't sure what was available for our use, so we stayed close to the front of the property in our tents and used the fire pit at the front by the picnic table. There was an old RV parked with a tarp over it that created a shady spot that added to the trees.
Over all our stay was pleasant, but cleanliness and communication is a factor in whether we will return or not. Location was good for our purpose. It's good if you're there to go hang out at the beach all day. It was very secure, no need to worry about camp pirates.

I love the location which is on the farther end of the coast in the nicer area with a quieter Beach access. Although it's close to the road the spot is shrouded by trees and overgrowth and makes you feel secluded. Next time I'll bring a propane fire ring as often fire season for bids fire pits. It was very peaceful and gave us much needed rest. Now that I know the area I will plan for the next trip for more centralized activities in that area. I usually centralize in Ocean shores but I think I will put more of my focus in this area.

I absolutely love this place. Such a nice campground. This was my 2nd visit and I will likely visit again when I can. Thanks for having the outhouse cleaned out Luke! Highly recommend.

Secluded, could hear the ocean, birds, and wind in the trees as the sun set. Beautiful, and even though it was more rundown than the photos, it was serene and peaceful.

I LOVED it here! The campsite was nice and it was great to have a fire and picnic table. Quick drive to the beach which was awesome! My once piece of feedback is that the outhouse was really gross. I don’t think it had been cleaned out in a long while. I had to drive down to the beach and use their bathroom. If that could be cleaned out I would say it’s the perfect spot (it already is). All that said I would absolutely recommend staying here and I loved it so much I’m coming back in July. Thank you Luke!

Good place to spend for close access to the beach. Might be a little standing water if you're renting, but it's in a beautiful area with plenty of access to the beach

Clean the outhouse - otherwise OK
The beaches and town nearby are cute, however the campsite was not what we had expected. The outhouse was FULL FULL to the point I had to go to town to use the bathroom. We did not have a lot of privacy, and the pics make it seem like the camp is basically on the beach, but it isn't. You have to go down the road a few minutes to get to the beach entrance. I don't regret going at the end of the day, but I'll probably try to get a hotel or something. Our neighbors were cool though, thankfully.

No muss, no fuss! Easy walk to a beautiful sunset view. Clean porta john. Neighbors kind of rowdy but pleasant. Good spot to park safely for the night.

It would be helpful if the property was marked on the main dirt road and although the website states that the host will greet you, there was not a host at the campsite.

The property was nicely tucked away off of the road. There was plenty of space from us and lots of privacy! Also very close to the beach, the sunset the first night was amazing on the coast.

For us, it's a peaceful spot. There's another spot right next to it, so if people were there it wouldn't be as much privacy...It doesn't look like the picture, but is nestled into a beautiful spot.

We had a great experience, the beaches nearby were even more breathtaking than ocean shores, unfortunately the privacy was another story. Other than that cute little spot.
