Visited with my two boys to explore the area and North Cascades NP. Emily sends very helpful directions and was a pleasure to work with. The camp is set up with a central area with the fire pit and two shaded picnic tables. There are two clean portopotties there. The camp sites radiate out from there. Our glamping tent was clean and well laid out. There was room for a toddler bed for my older and the site had lights. There us also a picnic table and chairs in the area just for the individual site so I could have packed even less. My boys adored the site and it felt very safe. Sedro Wooley is a cute town and it was easy to jump on the N Cascades Highway from here for an early morning start. There is an amazing playground as you come off 5 if you have littles. Would definitely stay again!

I stayed here with my partner and it was absolutely beautiful!! It felt very safe but still immersed in nature. It was so pleasant listening to all the birds and the wildlife all around!

The experience that Emily has created at this HipCamp is beautiful! You can tell how much thought went into every detail to make these campsites feel like a special getaway.

Fern Gully Premium Tent Site
Fern Gully and the rest of the campground is amazing. We were fortunate enough to have the entire space to ourselves and we loved every minute of it. Emily was super responsive and communicated everything we needed to know before we arrived. We’ll definitely book theses sites again!
Tip- if you’re in Fern Gully, a utility wagon is really helpful
to haul your gear to the site as it is a bit of a walk.

The campsite itself was nice. Getting to the campsite, having to unlock and re-lock two gates to get to and from the camping area and then having my actually campsite about 150 yards from the parking just made the getting in and out of camp and set up & tear down take a while. Would have been more of an inconvenience if I wanted to stay more than one night or cook a the campsite.

Between Two Ferns Premium Tent Site
Clean, beautiful, quiet spot nestled in the woods! We saw deer and plenty of birds. Lots of sweet details like firefly lights in jars hung from trees and cute signage that added a homey feel without taking away from the camping feel.

We had a wonderful stay at the Between Two Ferns campsite. It was very easy to find and we had everything we needed, as well as plenty of privacy. Would definitely recommend if you're looking to spend sometime in nature.

My husband and I had a great time camping here. We stayed at the “Between Two Ferns” campsite. It was nice and quiet with only a short walk from the parking and community area. The campsite was easy to find with the directions we were given. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to get out into nature for some R&R!

The campsite is a little bit from the main road but not too far to where it's a real detour. It was quiet, clean, and enjoy that the different campsites were put in their own spots with trees in between to make it seem like you were really just out in the woods. Clean toilets and plenty of lights to help in the dark and lots to offer in the community area.

Fern Gully was a sweet site on the property. I appreciated how secluded it was while still being close to the car and amenities. It was a great site to bring our dog camping for the first time, he enjoyed playing and we liked how it was away from others. I would recommend camping here if you’re looking for a very calm trip and can be entertained just being outside rather than wanting big hikes or site seeing (aka not your usual camping at a National Park/Forest, etc.)
You can tell the property and sites are well maintained and the owners are thoughtful of guests needs and wants.

We had such a lovely time at Emily's site! There were so many nice touches, like the fairy lights and the super inviting common area that just made it such a good experience. One thing I really appreciated was the ceder chips on the ground that kept all our stuff from getting too dirty. Would definitely come again!

The directions were clear & the photos were helpful. You can tell the host puts a lot of effort and love into this campsite. We were testing out camping closer to home with our 2 month old before a bigger trip and this was the perfect spot!

We had such a pleasant stay! A nice little spot with the perfect amount of amenities for a camping trip, tucked away in the woods. It felt nice and private but still convenient. Beautiful, not to mention!

This campsite was accessible but felt secluded. You can tell how much work Emily has put into making this campsite welcoming and comfortable. I appreciated the lighted paths and the picnic tables!

The place was wonderful and relaxing; I can't remember the last time I slept so well! Morning tea with the birds was exactly what I needed. Had a chance to hang out with the hosts at the firepit; what lovely people! I'll be back for sure!

We had a great time camping here and would definitely come back. The site is pretty isolated, which was awesome, but close enough to town that you can easily run in if you need anything. The Fern Gully site was flat, well kept, and the cedar wood chips provided a nice layer of warmth and cushion between our tent and the ground. There weren't other campers there for our stay, but the campsites are spread out enough that we don't think we would have been able to see other people when at our site. There is a communal area where you drive in, park your car, and walk to your site. The communal space has two porta potties, two picnic tables, a firepit with chairs and a second fire pit. Emily had a large supply of wood and kindling which made making a fire really easy. She also set up a tailgate tent over the picnic table for some much-needed shade and some lawn games for the kids. While we were there she set up fairy lights along the paths which created a nice, welcoming atmosphere. Emily is on site and stays there the entire time. She made herself available if we needed anything but also gave us space.

We had such a great time camping at Emily’s site. She is an extremely attentive and kind host. The glamp tent had everything we needed and more to make it a comfortable and memorable experience. The surrounding environment was beautiful and peaceful. It’s close enough to make a quick run to the store but doesn’t feel like you’re in town at all. We would definitely come back again!
