10 ft rooftop tent · With kids

Its definitely a decent place to stay. We didnt have any issues, the gate was broken on one side, it appears the wheels fell off the track, we could fix it without tools so we just let it alone as much as possible. Theres an old camper there and a few other items that kinda made it feel like someones backyard rather than a campground but overall it was a great stay and id recommend it.

Easy check-in, nice spot mixing sun and shade. Dark at night despite houses nearby. Very peaceful. General appearance was a little on the backyard-projects side of things. Only issue was the outhouse needed to be emptied.

Love this place in the woods

This is exactly what we were looking for. We love the area and normally get an Airbnb. We recently purchased a motor home and this was our first trip in it. We looked around at different campgrounds in the area couldn't find the privacy we were looking for. I decided to try Hipcamp for the first time. I’m so glad we did. This property was close enough to town and the beach but also secluded in the woods. It was quiet, and plenty of room from the neighbors for privacy. We also have two dogs and wanted somewhere they could have a little freedom. This property is somewhat fenced in the front but not secure if you have a runner. The host is also very responsive and helpful in giving you ideas of getting to the beach and lake. One must thing to do while in town is eat at Mycovias. Best spaghetti and clams and tiramisu I’ve ever had. We will definitely be back and stay again! 😊
