Nomadic camping

Best for self-contained campers. There are no toilets, showers, or potable water at this Hipcamp.

Beautiful Campsites and RV sites located on property! Quiet and serene. 12 minutes from downtown Montpelier, Vermont. 35 minutes from Burlington, Vermont. No running water or electricity at sites. Port-o-potti on site. (2) RV sites limited to 35ft long trailers. (2) Camp Sites. One is a platform area. The other is a flat area on ground. Fire wood can be collected on site. Or bundle wood can be purchased for $10.This site offers level ground on a gravel driveway. There is a turn around at the end of the road to back into the driveway. It’s very peaceful and serene. No water or electric hook ups available. No camp fires allowed unless in a solo stove.

The Sanctuary Studio

Beautiful property and surrounding remote area with a great view of the stars. Very clean and comfortable. Went in late October so it was a bit cold out but the small heater was nice. Would return again!

Extremely quiet sanctuary, with the exception of the abundant wildlife!! Beautiful country roads, and gorgeous foliage were a major highlight!! The bed was more than comfortable. The yeti cooler was huge. The portapotty was extremely clean! The fairy 🧚‍♂️ lights were a magical touch!

The Sanctuary Studio

It was clean, directions were good, loved having the kitchen supplies and table. The compost toilet and shower were also a perk (although the shower didn't get very warm). Would definitely stay again.
