We really enjoyed staying at Kingdom Kozy!! Beautiful view of mountains and pretty trees. My dog had so much fun running around the lawn! The camping area was so cute with the birdhouses and firepit. The lean-to was so convenient! Will definitely stay again, such a great getaway!

Semi open area with flat farm land and beautiful mountain views . Didn’t really use the shelter (tent is to big) except for taking a chair nap after a long sightseeing ride on Saturday.. Owners kept in contact with me and were great!! I got in late on Friday night in the dark and had a little trouble finding the siite, but all went well. The siite is semi private and was quiet at night but the dirt road it’s on and another that runs directly down the side had several cars and trucks passing by through out the mornings and afternoon. Fire wood was on site and appreciated, however site was covered in dried leaves so I had to clear area around fire pit and keep an eye on sparks and pops to prevent any forest fires. I used the site as a base camp for fall road trip and sightseeing around the area. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would go back if needed.

It was a great location for our needs. Everything was as pictured- not glancing but more enjoyable than a campground. We enjoyed a fire and appreciated the firewood. The shelter was perfect as it unexpectedly rained overnight. Certainly would stay again!

A comfortable, clean, private, accommodating place to lay your head. Great campfire area! We loved being close to the Connecticut river for kayaking and Mount Washington for hiking & swimming. Maidstone lake has a nice beach area just up the road too! The small town offerings of Lancaster & Littleton were a bonus. Thank you guys! We will return.

Loved this little shelter! We were on a road trip and needed last minute accommodations, and this was the perfect spot outside of Mt. Washington. The property has a beautiful view of the sunset and we got to see some amazing stars! It ended up down pouring through the night so we were thankful for the roof over our tent. No leaks! As a bonus there was a citronella candle and bug spray which was very helpful, since the mosquitoes were relentless.
