This was the perfect place yo camp and be close to the Millsyone trails and the Rockfire Festival!
It was a bit close quarters but we were all there for the same reason and enjoyed each other's company.
Also great if you are planning to camp in a larger gathering!.

The camp site worked great for us! There were a lot of people there for the eclipse and we arrived very late, but there was still space for us to park and set up our tent.

The outhouse was clean and there was a nice fire pit with a couple of benches around. It brought the campers together and we enjoyed a nice evening. We did not meet Steve but he and his family seemed laid back. We car-camped one night before the Apr 8 2024 eclipse.

I had a great time camping on Steve's site. The lawn was well maintained and it was large enough for quite a few tents. The property was level so no problem finding a flat spot. Water is provided along with a porta potty. Steve has a fire pit off to the side of the lawn with lots of wood pre-cut and split ready to be burned. Steve is very friendly and will help with any questions you may have. I thoroughly enjoyed staying at Steve's and will be going back next time I'm in the area.

I had a great time camping on Steve's property. He has a beautiful location and was a thoughtful host. The location was close to downtown Barre and the Millstone trails.

What a great place to camp! Steve is so accommodating and provides a relaxed camp atmosphere. He goes out of his way to ensure your tenting/camping experience has what you need..large fire pit with ample wood, water access and port-o-let. Steve is very prompt to answer any question you might have. I highly recommend his place if you are in the area. You will not be disappointed!
