We’ll be happy to help you plan your Paiute Trail rides! Along with the SXS & ATV riding, you’ll enjoy great Utah activities including fishing, hiking, and mountain biking, as well as swimming, rafting & paddle boarding on the Sevier River. Out on the Paiute Trail, you can visit Marysvale Falls, Barney Lake, Manning Meadows, Monroe Peak, Bullion Canyon & Falls, Hennessy Point, Miners Park, and so much more. Just an hour and 20 minutes south of us you’ll find Bryce Canyon, Zion, and Capitol Reef National Parks, as well as Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument, Brian Head Ski Resort, and so much more. South Forty RV Park features 75 extra-long and wide Big-Rig pull-through sites which easily accommodate any size RV with multi-slides, tow vehicles, and toys! Don’t have an RV? We offer 2 cozy cabins with king-size beds and private baths.

Our Cabins have a King Size Bed, private bathroom, 43″ Flatscreen TV, Coffee Bar, Small Refrigerator, Microwave, Heating and Air Conditioning, and a Sitting Area. All linens, towels, and soap are included. No stove or oven. Maximum two people per cabin. Pets are welcome (there is a one time $25 pet fee at the time of check in). No smoking in cabins.

Big Rig Friendly RV Sites

The hosts were outstanding. They are some of most helpful and friendly we’ve encountered. The park is layed out well and the camp sites are spacious. We will definitely be back.
