Welcome to 34 acres of private, high‑altitude mountain land along Ant Flats Road — a quiet, secluded escape where guests can spread out, breathe, and enjoy the Wasatch backcountry without crowds, noise, or neighbors. This is a private, gated property, and campers will have the entire assigned camping area to them selves. A small number of acreage house the central location for this camping area. The owners use this area for their own use. The owners use RV in their area and have two out building for store equipment etc. The tent area does not have electric or water or restroom facilities. There is water at the main area. Generators can be an add on rental. Often there is a generator running where campers can charge electronics. Getting the internet can be an off on thing, although the main camp area has Star Link that can be rented on a daily basis or can be used in an emergency. There are also a few recreational opportunities that are available to campers. There is a small disk golf course of 8 holes that is available. There is also a small rifle range and an archery range. the land is made up of sagebrush, and a few small stands of quacking aspin trees. There are many hiking trails with easy access from Moose Flats. There are aslo many side by side trails available in the area. This land is ideal for: • tent campers • overnighters seeking quiet • stargazers • wildlife watchers • small groups wanting privacy • remote workers needing a peaceful retreat You will have your own dedicated camping spot. You’re not sharing space with large groups. This is true mountain solitude.h
