Great spot, backed up against some beautiful red rock mountains! Very charming farmhouse and host, family and pet friendly, would definitely stay again.

Easy in and out for big rigs! We especially enjoyed the entertainment provided by the friendly horses in the corral behind us. We used this hipcamp as a base for exploring the mountain bike trails in the area.

We enjoyed watching the horses and the donkey. There were also goats. The hosts were very kind. Water, power and trash were available. Zion was 40 minutes away and the Red Rock Pickleball Tournament was 30 minutes away. Star gazing was great. Directions were good. Sewer dump is free at Mavericks in LaVerkin.

We had a great stay at this beautiful property. It was quiet with amazing views. Super helpful and responsive hosts. This is our first time to Utah and wouid love to make it an annual trip. We would definitely come back and stay here during our time in hurricane :)

Beautiful location! Host is very nice, and responds to questions quickly. Petting the horses, a donkey, and goats was a highlight of this stay. Would definitely stay again!!

Karianne’s was such a great spot! The hosts were welcoming and friendly and the view was beautiful! The farm animals were definitely an added bonus for the entire family as well.

The people were very nice. We arrived late at night and they came out to turn the light on so we could see better to back in. The kids loved the horses, goats and chickens.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at here! We basically had the whole
Place to ourselves and the kids loved being able to run and play! Once the owners returned, their 4 kids were an added bonus for ours so thank you so much for letting them all play!!

Karianne's place was well taken care of. I appreciated the concrete pads and nice grass. There were plenty of Adirondack chairs to sit in around the giant firepit. We loved watching the horses, goats, chicken as well as the gorgeous cliffs. Her kids were so kind and our kids had a blast playing with them.

This property was very clean and has level, cement, RV pads which accommodates longer rigs. We liked that it is located near to Sand Hollow Lake. The family that lives on the property is very friendly and accommodating. We felt at home within minutes of arriving. We loved to see the three goats and friendly chicken named Nugget. What fun! We rented two spots for us and extended family and we would both stay again. Thank you for the opportunity to stay in a quiet and peaceful place with a beautiful back drop.

Overall everything was amazing, pulled in late and they were more than happy to still come out and greet and even help back in the 42' beast. Amazing views, great location out In farm land. They were very courteous and nice.
