Cedar Mountain Glampground is a secluded retreat nestled against the Uintah National Forest, surrounded by fragrant juniper, weathered cedar, and ancient pinyon pines. The moment you arrive, the forest seems to exhale around you—quiet, cool, and untouched. This is a place where the noise of daily life falls away and the rhythm of the mountains takes over. The glampground sits on a gentle rise that opens to sweeping views of the surrounding high‑country wilderness. Juniper and cedar forests wrap your private tiny home in natural seclusion, their branches twisting into sculptural shapes carved by wind and time. In the early morning, sunlight filters through the trees in soft gold bands; in the evening, the forest glows amber before settling into deep blue shadow. Two pristine mountain lakes lie just a short drive away, offering easy access for paddleboarding, kayaking, fishing, or simply sitting at the shoreline with your feet in cool alpine water. Trails weave through pinyon pine stands and open meadows, making it effortless to explore the landscape at your own pace. Wildlife is part of the experience—mule deer grazing at dawn, hawks circling overhead, and the occasional lizard slipping between the trees. When night falls, Cedar Mountain becomes a sanctuary for stargazers. With no city lights to dim the sky, the stars appear in brilliant, crystalline detail. Full kitchen with microwave, stove and oven, dishwasher, fridge / freezer. Fully functional bathroom with shower and flushable toilet. Functioning furnace for heat and blower fan. Solar powered with pump house - potable water pumped from in-ground tanks.
