Our Tiny House is located in an RV Park, so please be aware of this, even though the home is 100% private there are other people staying nearby. There are amenities available such as a laundromat, picnic areas and a hot tub and swimming pool (when in season). There are quite a few other Tiny Homes in the park so you can meet and socialize with other Tiny Home lovers!! The RV park is clean and well maintained with easy access to parking. It's located right near I-15 which makes travel easy and convenient.
Our modern tiny house is a fun way to vacation or stay-cation! If you have been dying to experience tiny home living without committing to the lifestyle then our super cute blue house is for you! We have everything you need in one tiny space. Sleeping loft features a comfy queen mattress and downstairs the futon converts into a full size bed. No need to leave the luxuries of home behind, we have Netflix, Internet, A full size shower and even a tiny tub!! Living in a tiny home is a unique experience! The house does have hot water and AC/Heating. We do have a full sized dishwasher in the house but all of the cooking is done in a large toaster oven (that can fit up to a 16" pizza, or a full size chicken) and using an electric stove top. Oven gets up to 500* so no worries if you need to cook a full meal :) Please keep in mind that because it is a tiny house only one major appliance may be used at a time due to the way the electricity works. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, dishes, utensils, etc. and features a full sized dishwasher. We also have a double hot plate, toaster, and Keurig Coffee maker (complete with complimentary coffee and tea). Tiny homes may not be the best place for little-little kids as the loft is steep and we do not want them falling off of it. Children under the age of 8 should not use the loft area due to safety concerns. Children should NEVER EVER be left alone in the home.
We are located SUPER close to lots of amazing outdoor activities and canyons. 20-25 minutes from Alta and Snowbird. 25-30 minutes from Brighton and Solitude. 40 minutes to Park City 20 minutes to downtown 5 minutes from I-15 5 minutes from tons of restaurants 5 minutes to grocery store. 15 Minutes to the mouth of Little Cottonwood Canyon, 20 Minutes to Big Cottonwood Canyon.
