Complete disappointment with this place. Ended up not staying there. The RV was dusty, could not open some of the old-school blinds, the place needs mayor upkeep. There were several spider webs outside the RV and by the Kayaks area, and the outside furniture was dirty. And on top of it all I was told by one of the managers that I had very high expectations when I reported these issues.

Such a relaxing and much needed staycation! Robert was very friendly and super helpful during our stay. The RV was well equipped with all the necessities and more! Of course, the view and outdoor furniture made it even better. I look forward to coming back and staying at his new additions - tiny homes! Thanks again Robert!

Robert was very friendly and was eager to provide items that we were missing. He also gave us tips on kayaking and responded to messages promptly. My husband and I enjoyed the stay and the host did everything to make our stay pleasant.

Its a well equipped RV on a great property right on the lake. It was a wonderful stay-cation glamping style which is what we wanted. We will absolutely look at this camp again in the future.

Overall, it was very nice. Plenty of places to sit and nice fire pit to warm up the evening. Camper had most of the necessities. Dock was great to setup and fish from.
There were a couple things started in the ad as provided and/or available which were not.
1. The 1st bundle of firewood is provided and more available to purchase. Neither is true, which sent us out at 9pm looking for a place selling firewood.
2. Kayaks are provided for use. They are not provided,
but available for rent. After inquiry about them, we were given day use of them but no one came to bring paddles, life jackets, or unlock them.
Again overall, it was nice and we'd come again.

Electricity is not working some as spots
The stair is broken and the host blamed on us for that
We cleaned the place before we left but have some spots we mind missing. However, Robbert tell us that we are disgusting and he hope my house not like that. He told us to paid $500 extra for clean- trash- and broken stair( as it was before) or he file to fenoly court!!!

We had a charming and fun stay at Lake Conroe. We called Robert when we arrived and he walked us through all of the amenities and even brought over some kayaks for us the next morning. Everything was super clean and pleasant, and we would honestly recommend this as a little getaway for anyone!
Perfect location not too far north of Houston and in beautiful countryside with lots of surrounding lake life and sports.

My husband and I spent a weekend getaway here. The view is beautiful. The RV is clean and convenient. It basically has everything you need for daily life. If you are seeking to a peaceful place which is not too far from Houston, I’m highly recommend this place.

A great stay. The fact the we could use the kayaks was a huge plus. It was a really nice spot and just a lovely experience. The host was really great too.
