Could use a good mowing, but besides that it was really nice. Site is far enough from their house so you have privacy.

Peaceful and secluded. Very convenient campsite with a platform for our tent. Host was friendly and gave easy, clear instructions to get to the site – 5/5, will camp here again. Thanks, Chris!

This place is quiet and clean. Chris gave us firewood for a small price which also included everything needed to start a fire (dryer lint and small dry branches) he gave us enough to have a fire at night and a small fire in the morning. We felt very welcome and the area felt very safe. If we pass by the area again we would definitely stay here without a doubt.

We had a great time camping with our dog here! It was quiet, private, and great for letting our dog run off leash, and the sunrise was beautiful! Bit strange when you first pull up, the view is mainly farmland and oil rigs, but it definitely grew on us!

The site was beautiful, out in the field and you could hear/see oil rigs in the field. It all felt very Texas!

Wonderful Stay! Had a great time with a great view of the stars and wonderful sunsets. Very peaceful out there and the Horst was very friendly and accommodating.
