Welcome to Muletown Farm, our peaceful 31-acre farm in Columbia, Tennessee. The property boasts of rich history with modern comfort. The main log home on the farm dates back to 1808. Today we love sharing the land with travelers who want a quiet place to relax and enjoy a little Middle Tennessee countryside. Our RV spot gives you room to spread out and enjoy the views. It also has its own private fire pit with string lights, which makes evenings out here pretty special. It’s a great place to cook dinner over the fire, sit back with a drink, and watch the sun set over the fields. Guests are welcome to walk around the property, fish in the pond, visit with our animals, or just enjoy the open space. Mornings are often peaceful with fog settling across the pasture, and evenings usually end with beautiful sunsets around a fire. Even though the farm feels quiet and tucked away, you’re still just a short drive from downtown Columbia, one of Tennessee’s best small towns. There are great restaurants, coffee shops, and local stores to explore. The Natchez Trace Parkway, waterfalls, hiking trails, and scenic countryside drives are also nearby. Muletown Farm is also home to four restored houses and cabins that we rent to guests, so sometimes families or small groups are staying around the property enjoying the farm as well. Everyone has their own space and fire pits for privacy. Whether you’re just passing through for a night or planning to stay a few days, it’s a great place to slow down, sit by the fire, and enjoy the land.

Nestled on 31 acres just minutes from town, Muletown Farm RV Site offers sweeping views of restored 1800s cabins, a serene fishing pond, and rolling pastures with friendly farm animals. This is camping with charm and convenience—country tranquility with all the hookups you need. Guests will enjoy the secluded back field of 6 acres to themselves, the fire pit with string lights is for the exclusive use of our RV guests. But please note that we do have 4 other cabins with frequent guests on this 31 acre farm. 3 of the cabins are visible from the site. The site is a flat gravel pad with water and electricity hookups at the site. We do have a waste station on the property approximately 100 yards from the site.

Cozy Cabin on 31 Acre Farm • Pond

This cozy cabin sits on our 31-acre Tennessee farm, offering a peaceful place to slow down and enjoy the countryside. Inside you’ll find a comfortable queen bed on the main floor in a studio-style space, along with a full kitchen, living room, and full bathroom. Upstairs, a loft with a full bed creates a cozy second sleeping space that’s tucked away and not visible from the main floor. Start your morning on the rocking-chair porch with a cup of coffee, then wander the property, explore the old barns, meet Dixie the horse, or try your luck fishing in the pond. In the evening, gather around the fire pit under the string lights and watch the sunset over the fields. The cabin shares a fenced yard and fire pit area with our Manor house, but the farm is spacious and still offers plenty of room to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. This is the kind of place country songs are written about.

I loved that Muletown Farm is off the beaten path. It is quiet, peaceful, and we enjoyed the animals and the firepit also. They offer full hook up, just a note, the sewer is not on site, you will need to unhook and drive to the sewer to dump your tanks. We did have a small issue with that as we need a 14' clearance and there were tree branches that were in the way. Within 2 days they had someone come and cut them back. Communication was great, we would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed this site. Google told us the wrong drive so make sure you choose the drive with the clearly marked sign. The farm was so pretty and quiet and we loved looking at the chickens and the horse.

We loved camping on Holly’s property. We had beautiful views, it was quiet, and there was tons of room for our kids and dog to run around. On top of that, you’re only a few minutes from town, so it’s the best of both worlds. Holly was great and communicated really well when there was a scheduling conflict. We would happily stay again!
