Very quiet! Peaceful place. Clean restroom and showers! She goes the extra mile and makes sure you have what you need including a heater or firewood etc. We really enjoyed our time away!!

Had a wonderful weekend at the Bee Kind tent. The hosts were great, provided clean showers/bathrooms and dry firewood. The cat, Oliver, may be the nicest cat I’ve ever met, but dont let him into the tent or he’ll make it his home for the weekend. I recommend trying to make it back to camp before night. Road to camp is pretty narrow.
The tent is close to 2 campers, but is far enough away to have privacy. Better than most campsites.
Highly recommend this for your getaway in the smokies.

We had a fantastic stay! The bell tent is nicely furnished and the mattress is comfortable. Kristin is very quick to respond to any questions and is a great host. The rustic bathhouse is very clean and there is plenty of hot water. The camp kitty is very affectionate and nice addition to the charm of the spot. On a hot day be prepared to leave the tent about 9 as the heat builds up fast inside but there is plenty of shade near the small stream. Kristin does provide most everything you need except food and towels so bring those along and you'll have a great stay.

The tent was in amazing condition. There were several awesome amenities thrown in and everything was ready and waiting when we arrived. The bathroom and shower were pristine and the tent was in the perfect spot in the shade

Moonshiners paradise was a great campsite, everything was as expected to be when we arrived. There was plenty fire wood and the tent/yurk was set up perfect. There was even a grill with charcoal waiting on us and a USB fan that kept us cool the whole time.

Absolutely awesome!! We accidentally turned on N Ball Hollow Rd on our way in but called Kristin who let us know we needed to go further down to Ball Hollow (with no N). She was very helpful. The sign for Chavis Rd is very small but once you find that you are good to go. It is SO NICE! The bathrooms were clean and even smelled good. Not an outhouse situation. Best of all was the friendly cat I made great friends with. 😝 It was an awesome time. I slept like a baby. Really needed a night away.

We had a wonderful time at the river oasis primitive glamping site. Kristin was available to answer questions throughout our stay and was very helpful. The tent was beautifuly decorated and was exactly what we were looking for. I'm looking forward to staying there again soon!

Great experience! Tent was clean and the campsite is lovely. The river nearby is gorgeous, but we mostly went hiking nearby in the Smokies. Kristen was a great host and responsive to questions!
You will be a little close to 3 other glamping campsites, but we felt that privacy wasn't a huge issue. There are regular campsites on the property as well but they are in a different section.
It is a small walk to the shared bathhouse where you can take a warm shower (Note: make sure you can see the flames on the heater and that it stays on when you first turn on the water, otherwise you'll be taking a cold shower!). You can also refill your water from a big tank with a spicket that sits behind the bathhouse.
Would definitely do it again if we are in the area!

The site was great! It had everything you need and is only a short walk from the river. Perfect for a peaceful get away or to do some exploring. Kristin is also very helpful and accommodating!

Loved the stay at Kristina land, our yurt was by the river and had a bed in it. It was huge! So much room! They had given us a lot of firewood as well that lasted through our stay. Beautiful scenery and great place to stay. We will be back!

We loved camping at River Life! It even rained the weekend we went, but the tent stayed dry and we still had fun. The fire pit was great and tubing was very fun. We had two dogs and did not have an issue having them. There are other tents on the property and we had someone stay next to us, which was totally cool and quiet. Did not feel close. It was my husband’s birthday so I asked Kristin to add charcuterie and some birthday decor. It was super cute and definitely worth it. She was very responsive and helpful. Very kind. We hope to come back again in the fall!!

Unfortunately, several things went wrong with our stay.
1. I did not receive adequate directions to the location. She just sent the address. Unfortunately, the address does not lead to the actual camp. We ended up in an angry neighbor's yard, trying to turn around to get to the actual location. That location only has a small sign leading down a road to get to the campground.
2. She said she sent me a picture of the bath house, but she did not.
3. The boards in the platform under the tent are weak. Several spots are starting to give way, and one actually broke, creating a small hole.
4. It was very difficult to get to the river. No directions were given as to how to get to it. It was nice of them to leave inner tubes for us to use, though.
5. The bath house has not been finished. There was only one working shower and it is not enclosed with a shower curtain or anything. The other one doesn't have water yet. It looks like they are going to put in sinks, but not done yet.
6. We left a pillow there. We contacted her to see if they found it. She didn't respond right away, saying she was out of town and would ask the cleaner. We never heard from her again, even with repeated messages.

Kristin was a very responsive and attentive host. The tent and campsite were beautiful, as was the river. She left us so much to do and included thoughtful essentials like bug spray and water. 10/10 glamping experience!

These bell tents are great! Kristin has thought of everything to make this a relaxing and enjoyable place to stay. She provides drinking water at each site, grill/charcoal, rafts, firewood, lighter, citronella candles. All the solar lights add a nice warming touch. All you need to bring is food. The tents are very close to pigeon river (stones throw from your tent). The water is a bit rough but we found a little beach spot just big enough for our 2 floats to cool off. The bell tents are very close together…”the willow” has the most privacy. The property itself is under construction…but I wouldn’t let that deter you from checking it out. Also, the bathrooms…although very clean and well kept with a solar shower…the stairs to get to the restrooms are insanely steep. If you have knee problems or mobility issues, take that into consideration. Otherwise, this was a great experience and Kristen was very responsive to our needs. My only complaint is that the dog fee seemed a bit excessive, ($25/each) but I knew that going in. Either way, I’d definitely go back for another weekend.

My fiance and I had a great stay here! The property is absolutely beautiful. You can easily walk to the water as well as the bathroom. The tent set up was so adorable and cozy and the bed was very comfy. They had a whole bunch of stuff at the site for us when we got there. Firewood, bug spray, extra blanket, etc. We will definitely be back! The host is also very nice and helpful.
