We had such a great visit at Smoky Hollow! The beds and linens were extremely comfortable, and the amenities inside the wagon were thoughtful and all that we needed while on a cross-country road trip.
We enjoyed warm showers and the regularly cleaned bathrooms. And the barn was a great place to hang out, play games, or simply sit and relax. The camp store has pasture free-range eggs, water, smores, and more if you run out of or forget items.
While the town is bustling with activities, we loved how private and serene this Hipcamp is. Highly recommend!

This was exactly what we needed. Before we even got on the trail to get to our beautiful Conestoga Oasis, Rebecca's sweet and genuine greeting assured us that this place was special!
She volunteered to take us by golf cart to the campgrounds, where we were greeted by the warm crow of the rooster and the amazing view of the smokies off in the distance.
At night the moon and the stars were so bright that it seemed like we were dreaming.
The Wagon, Showers, and Gathering areas were so pristine and charming. We were so excited that they had a piano! My partner instantly started playing as the echoes of its sweet melody seemed to mesh with the land like some kind of atonement that it had been patiently waiting for forever.
The location is right off the main strip of Pigeon Forge and so close to the waterparks that we could see the slides from our porch.
We were maybe 10-15 minutes from Dollywood and 30-45 minutes from the top of the National Park that led us to the opening of Cads Cove.
We will come back to this place again and again!

Rob & Rebecca were excellent host; however, the property was not exactly what we were looking for due to construction (developing a tent/glamping park. The lot also lacked shade & water (river, lake, or pond). Not ideal for 95 degree weather.

We really enjoyed our stay. This is a beautiful property and they’ve got big plans for it. The family is really nice and helpful and Carlie’s fresh eggs were an added bonus.

Definitely a beautiful spot and both Rob and Rebecca were super nice and helpful. Hook ups were super convenient.
Now for the negatives. Being that this is a country setting - there are a ton of ticks. Our dog got one, and I ended up finding one on my shoulder of all places the first night we got there. I even found one just strolling around on the cabinet in our RV. 🥴
We planned to try out the hikes mentioned on the property but opted not to since this was our experience just in the shorter grass in the field by our campsite.
I was also quite surprised to find a good bit of poison ivy growing on the hillside right next to the campsite. My kids wanted to run down the hill to go play in the field - glad I stopped them before they did and had them take the gravel pathway instead. Just a heads up to be on the lookout.
Tip: download the Seek app on your phone - hugely helpful in identifying poison ivy.

What a beautiful property! The sights, the sounds, the atmosphere is exactly what you would expect in the smoky mountains! The host was super responsive, and very helpful especially getting our rig situated. The approach is hilly with loose gravel, so a 4WD tow vehicle would be helpful for larger rigs, although we did ok with our 2WD. Otherwise, it's a perfect place to camp!

Quiet and peaceful place to stay. We felt safe in every asset with a great view of the meadow. The family was very nice and gave us great guidance for everything from restaurants to beautiful hikes. We would definitely go back to visit the area.

Our stay at Smoky Hallow was wonderful. Rob and Rebecca were both their upon arrival to help guide us into the site. They were so sweet to give us fresh eggs from their chickens. This property is super peaceful but close enough to all the area attractions. Our kids enjoyed running around, hanging with the chickens and catching fireflies at night. We would have loved to stay longer and would definitely recommend.

The hosts were INCREDIBLE. Very helpful, especially given it was our first official camp site in our camper. The site was excellent, incredibly peaceful holler. 10/10 would recommend if you are seeking a good nights sleep followed by a cool morning with a cup of coffee watching the turkeys graze.

The spot was amazing! With a beautiful view and there’s only one more camper so it feels really private. Also Rib and Rebecca were great, we couldn’t make it there until late night and they helped us anyways. Great hostess and amazing location

Loved, loved, loved our stay with this host. While family was welcoming, friendly and so helpful. Would definitely stay here again if we are ever back in the area again. They are close to everything yet far enough away it’s peaceful and quiet. Coffee in the morning with the birds and deer, fire at night with the moon and stars and new friends.

Sam and I stayed on Rob and Rebecca's beautiful piece of property during April 2021. What a beautiful piece of property they have. Their site is nestled in the hills above Dollywood, but you would think you are miles from civilization. Rob met us and did a fantastic job guiding us with our 36' 5th wheel into our spot. He provides water, sewer and electric! A great and beautiful quiet retreat! If we ever get this way again we would be sure to spend more time exploring near here. Thank you, Rob and Rebecca.

The view was amazing! You are only a mile from town, but you wouldn’t know it! It it so peaceful there! There is a picnic table and a fire pit available on your site. Plenty of acreage to walk and enjoy the area! Rob and Rebecca are such great hosts!! Not only are they so accommodating, but they are so friendly!! Rob will help you back into the site if you help. They have a friendly dog, Tutu. She is such a beautiful pup! Chickens are quite entertaining and a lot of fun to watch!! You won’t find nicer people or a more beautiful camping spot! We already plan to be back next year!😄

Rob and Rebecca and their family were all super friendly and hospitable. The RV spot can be a bit tricky to back into but Rob was able to guide my husband into the spot. They helped us with starting our fire and gave us a dozen (delicious) eggs from their coop. Beautiful views and felt private and secluded despite a fifth wheeler behind us. Spot was also convenient to Pigeon Forge attractions. The family is developing the property into a glamping destination and had great plans for the future. We wish them success and would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful and quiet campsite. Full hook up. Great place to stay when visiting Great Smokey Mountain National Park. As soon as we arrived, Rebecca’s husband was available to help direct me to get the trailer parked. Would stay here again.
