Peaceful location but not completely secluded. Perfect for those who would want to tent camp or stay in an RV somewhere quiet but would like the peace of mind knowing neighbors are close by. The BSF park is roughly a 1.5 mile hike away with trails leading straight from camp site. There’s a giant fire pit, electrical hookups, running water, gravel drive and neighbors on either side, but they don’t use many lights at night, so it’s nice and dark at night. Perfect for looking at the stars. The host recommended Colditz Cove (nearby state park, I believe), and this park DID NOT disappoint. One thing to keep in mind: This is black bear territory. I did not see one, but the neighbor said they are around, and on occasion you’ll hear a firecracker off in the distance to scare away black bears. I did hear a couple, but I never felt nervous about tent camping. Just something to keep in mind. Overall, it was a nice stay
