This Hipcamp is easy to access from the highway, and mostly private. It is a small pull off from a long driveway next to a creek. I didn’t hear the water myself, but the flow seemed down. I saw deer. It’s not a typical mountain stream but calm and flat. Not a trout stream. During the day, it is noisy next to the highway. It didn’t bother me at night. I would stay again for a transit night.

Perfect spot for a quick overnight when traveling. Only a few miles off the interstate, this single site on a horse farm offers a cozy space in the woods beside a creek and a campfire ring. We saw 3 deer! The long, wooded driveway along the creek makes for a nice evening stroll & gives creek access. Bring your own water & toilet provisions. The only downside is traffic (you hear, but don't see). A white noise app on my phone blurred that out while sleeping. We tent camped there two separate times going to & from Roanoke. Tiffany responded to my messages promptly & professionally.

This is a great little spot right on a creek and right off the highway with quick access to gas station and good access to the interstate. It's an easy drive from Gatlinburg where we had spent the afternoon and we just needed a spot to camp with our Jeep Gladiator roof-top tent. The site was just big enough for us to get the Gladiator in there and pop the tent for the night and allowed us to jump right on the highway and then interstate to head out of town the next morning. There is a small established fire ring, although we didn't use it, it is there if you need it.
Although you can still see/hear highway traffic from the site, it's just far enough off the road that you do still have some privacy. The sound of the creek is really nice and helps offset the traffic noise as well.
The hosts were great and communicated with us well.
While I typically spend most of my time camping in the seclusion of National Forests and the like, our trip was a bit unconventional this time with a mix of overlanding/offroading/camping/and touring the nearby towns; this site served us well for our needs and is a great option if you just need a spot to pop the tent for the night on your way out of town.

This is exactly what is advertised, and I loved it. The site of the spot and fire pit is a raised bit above the creek, and you can walk down to it just a few feet over. And while it's close enough to a decent-sized road that you can see the traffic through the trees (if you look), I always heard the creek. It's a great spot for a single or couples camp as a stop over or if you have a couple of days to spend in the area. It would be perfect for motorcycle camping. There's a cooking grate and a couple of baking sheets to use in the fire pit. There was wood, but you need to be able to process it or bring a bag or 2 of pre-cut.

Property was pretty easy to find. It is a nice little local spot to get away for the evening. Creek was loud enough to listen to while falling asleep. Overall a good little camp spot.
