Mark is a very nice host. The rv space he created was perfect for our passing through, or we would’ve stayed longer if our trip allowed the time. Good stop, do recommend.

I am just sad that it was raining the majority of our stay. Would have loved to sit by the fire watching the sun set over the mountains. The hot tub was amazing and I would have loved more time in it. Mark was very nice, helpful with backing in, and informative on things to see in the area. Definitely stopping back here on travels again! 😁

Sharing a spot with Mark was nice. We stayed 5 nights. Upon arrival he met us and introduced himself. He is very pleasant and welcoming. He had a map of the Smokies and his wifi info. Which came in handy because there is zero phone service there ( emergency calls only) which is fine. We were on vacation. You will have wifi as provided. He had a ton of fire wood stocked. The hot tub was hot and ready to go with a ton of jets. We loved the hot tub under the stars. We never saw Mark , except for upon arrival and when we were heading out. Which was really nice.

The site was great, beautiful view and I was able to back in with no problems - which I was worried about because I am bad at it!! Mark is a great host and checked on us a few times to make sure we were OK.

From the first minute Mark was there to help with our set up and great ideas for our visit to the Great Smokey NP. Full hookup was a blessing and the hot tub was magical. This would be my top pick for Hipcamp of the year.

The host was very nice and helpful. We booked this site last minute it saved our little vacation. This site is in a driveway technically but it was very level and clean. Even with it being in the driveway it still felt pretty private with the space provided. There is a bit of road noise with the roads right around the area. There also some roosters down the road that are pretty loud early in the morning.

Beautiful location with all the amenities! Host was friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed the lovely yard with peace and quiet and nearby attractions that were fun and entertaining. It was the perfect place to spend Christmas!

Marks place was a pleasure to stay at. It is always nice to have full hookups when we stay so somewhere. The property is gorgeous,my dog loved it and mark was very accommodating. We had a couple family members come for a fire and mark joined in some conversation as well. We had a 40 foot toy hauler, it was a bit challenging arriving at night, but that wasn't the owners fault! Not much phone service there but excellent wifi. I highly recommend and will probably stay again when I'm in town

Beautiful site and very clean. Mark’s place is definitely worth visiting again. Kids loved the hot tub and we had a nice fire-pit. Mark is very accommodating and an excellent host.

Mark was an excellent host and has a nice little piece of land to share. We stopped in last minute to explore the Smokies and Mark helped us plan our day based on the time we had and which sights were the most amazing, we loved all of it! He also helped level the camper with some boards (our roll-on leveling chocks weren't big enough) and brought out some cinder blocks and a welcome mat for our short camper steps. Our teens and dogs enjoyed exploring the woods and creek bed. Hubby enjoyed the hot tub lol
We will probably be visiting Mark again sometime

Mark was an amazing host helped us Backup get our rig in. We have a 44 foot toy hauler so it was easy to back in huge driveway. Have no problems at all. He has all the hook ups necessary good water pressure. Really did enjoy his conversation, offered us the fire pit and the hot tub which was very nice but we were not able to enjoy those. We were busy doing some other things. We definitely plan on going back many times. We have a lot of work in that area. keep up the good work Mark

Mark is very friendly. He communicates with you to make sure you can find his place. Gives you updates if for some reason previous camper didn’t get checked out on time. The fire pit is nice. Didn’t make it in the hot tub

Mark was so helpful by helping us back in to the site. Very nice and showed us the amenities and we where free to use everything. And pick fresh strawberries was very nice. We didn't get to stay for more than 2 days. We would definitely recommend his caboose. I would like to return when I have a few more days. The rooster /road didn't bother us.we felt safe and secure. Very Clean campground.

Mark is a super friendly guy that enjoys talking with his guests. My sister and I just wanted a place to spend a relaxing weekend with each other playing cards and catching up with each other. The sight was fairly level and we enjoyed seeing the woods out the window. The roosters down the road crow all day which was annoying. Mark offered to let us pick strawberries and even offered to let me ride his electric bike around the loop. The property is shaped like a triangle with roads on all three sides. You have some road noise but it’s not bad unless motorcycles or loud cars come by going to or from the nearby “tail of the dragon.”

We're able to get our 40' Class A motorhome parked and leveled because of the great lot. The grounds are very clean and well manicured. We got our CBX on the Tail of the Dragon, took full advantage of the hot tub, fire pit (wood provided) and fresh strawberries! Thanks Mark! We'll be back!

This Bermuda Triangle is a great spot outside Maryville, TN. It’s got power, clean water, a hot tub, fire pit, and best of all a host is friendly as can be. Mark is a real standup guy who wants you to feel at home in his little slice of TN heaven. While the place is close to the road, it’s quiet and comfortable, and Skoolie friendly.. Cell service is very spotty, but the WiFi is fast near the Caboose. Our personal Starlink had good connection with minor obstructions. Hiking, mountains, and the Tail of the Dragon are nearby. Definitely would stay again when visiting the area.

Mark’s land was a great place to stay the night! Mark was very welcoming and assisted us with parking and questions. He accommodated full hookups which is not always the case for hipcampers. Great location with a view of the mountain range. Quiet and safe night’s sleep in the care of a friendly host.

Loved the hospitality. It was beautiful and relaxing. A nice fire pit area with chairs and an overlook of the mountains between the gap of fall colored trees. There was also a hot tub and sitting area with a hammock that we enjoyed on our rest day. Mark is very kind. We had our two boys (12 & 10) and our dog and Mark was a great host, very knowledgeable & made sure we had all we needed for a comfortable stay. Great access & a beautiful drive to the Smokey’s. We even bought some of the best roasted coffee from his brother & sister in law - just down the road. We felt safe and very taken care of. Wonderful sights, host & memories made. We had no problem with any hook ups, Mark seemed to have anything we needed. If we’re ever in the area again we will be returning.

This site has elect and water which is a plus. It has fire pit and hot tub! What it doesn’t have is privacy. You are parking in a driveway with rounds on all three sides of the triangle lot. Host was gracious and welcoming. It was clean and neat. Prefect place for a quick stopover
