The campground offers 4 RV sites with 30/50 amp full hookups and fire pits. • Lot #1: 40 ft RV max • Lot #2: 35 ft RV max • Lot #3: 30 ft RV max • Lot #4: 25 ft RV max There is plenty of hiking available on the property. This is a new site, so there is currently no trash service set up—please be sure to take your trash with you when you check out and turn power breakers off. If extra parking is needed, there is space by the entrance of the property on the left. There is a variety of wildlife on the property, so please be aware while camping. Bears (please follow bear safety guidelines regarding food and trash), bobcats, and coyotes are the more potentially dangerous animals you may encounter while hiking. We also have deer, turkey, raccoons, and many different types of birds for birdwatching. High Country UTV Tours is located right next door. Part of the Overmountain Victory National Historic Trail is just down the road. Roan Mountain State Park and Carver’s Gap are a few miles away, featuring beautiful rhododendron gardens, fishing, and hiking. Sugar Mountain, Beech Mountain, and Grandfather Mountain are all about a 30–45 minute drive from the property. Bristol Motor Speedway is 45 minutes away. Wahoo’s Adventures Watauga River Outpost is 30 minutes away, offering tubing, paddling, whitewater rafting, and fly fishing. Watauga Lake is nearby, along with several historic sites in the next town of Elizabethton.

My husband and I had a wonderful time. It was nice and peaceful. This is the spot to come to if you wana unplug from society and just relax and snuggle up next to the fire. We will definitely be coming back . This is home away from home

Enjoyed my stay. Great quiet evening for my anniversary that I was looking for. Went to dinner at a restaurant close by ( Americano Steak house ) and relaxed by the fire 🔥 in the evening.. Will return and try the water tubing in the area next time I book.
