We’re located on the quiet back side of the Lancaster Reservoir, a beautiful public lake with designated fishing days on Thursdays and Saturdays. The waters are home to bass, bream, crappie, and catfish. There’s a public boat ramp on the opposite shore, and the lake allows electric motors only — perfect for peaceful days on the water. Kayakers are always welcome! We’re just minutes from town, with easy access to restaurants, Walmart, and grocery stores. Clear Water Cove at Lake Wateree is about 30 miles away, and the Nitrolee access point is only 13 miles from the property. Don’t forget to bring your kayak!

This site is the closest camper spot to the water. It is different than most sites it’s set up as a pull in back out site. Door/awning side toward the water. It has water sewer power 50/30/20 amp.

We spent a few days by the lake on this property. Chris was very responsive and the lake was beautiful. We were also able to connect to water and power-which is awesome. Would definitely stay again.

The level, dirt/gravel site could be easily accessed. With hookups for electricity & water one can enjoy the surrounding forest and nearby lake view. During my sojourn I saw not one person near the site and enjoyed peaceful, serene solitude with adequate cell-phone signal. One can sleep easily with distant, muted highway noise. This was a prime camping spot.
