Impressive property; pets welcome

Will helped us out in a pinch, when another Hipcamper host canceled 45 minutes before our arrival. We are so grateful to him! Impressive property.
Flat pull through, clean grounds; water/electricity/septic all work as they should. No trees to shade RV, but that did not affect our October stay. Lots of dew in the morning.
We were the only campers there. Peaceful, though could hear planes & cars in the distance. Our 3 little dogs were able to be off leash (they never go far from us & we always clean up after them). Though there is WiFi, it did not come in well for us - could be our setup.
Less than an hour from Bluffton & Beaufort. Area cuisine is seafood scrumptious.
We would definitely revisit. Thank you, Will!

Very pleasant and relaxing stay

Will has a very nice set up for RVs to comfortably stay overnight. Most, if not all, of the sites have full hookups and can be driven around to pull straight into if you don’t want to back in to your site. He gives you the option to buy fresh eggs from his chickens as well. He was very friendly: a very interesting person and an amazing craftsman. He lives at the site. The area was nice and quiet at night.
The driveway was easy to find with his good directions and was easy to pull into. The town of Ridgeland has a nice selection of places to eat and shop. Will’s site wasn’t far from I-95.
We’d choose this location again the next time we travel up I-95 with our RV.

Convenient and easy

Excellent location, minutes from I95, good directions provided, and easy to find. Will met us upon arrival and directed us to our site - a pull thru, perfectly level, with full services. Will was very welcoming, and responded immediately to any communications. I would highly recommend his property as an overnight stop, or for an extended stay.

Excellent site! Will was really accommodating. Very close to freeway and easy access. Gravel pull thru site was flat and dry, even after a recent rain.

This was our second time there. The sites are nice and level. Quiet and only a couple of miles off the highway. Perfect overnight location if you are traveling to central Florida from the northeast. Diesel close by. Bill was a perfect host.

Will and Lori are very accommodating and friendly. A great place to stay.
A note: the dump station is on the passenger side of drive on the way out, so for us, We had to pack up to it since our tanks empty from the driver's side. Not a problem for our small camper. They have a great set up going on . Thank you.

We stayed just a night as we were transiting the I-95 corridor. This is a great place to do that - convenient to I-95 - and would be perfect for a longer stay as well. Will has a great setup for a few campers and looks as though he's expanding as well. He met us on arrival and was very friendly - offering anything we needed for the night. The site was level and comfortable - would definitely visit again when in the area.

This quick stop was fantastic! The hosts greeted us when we arrived, letting us know where to park. It was a gravel spot and even with the soaking rain we had no issues with getting stuck. The hosts were extreamly kind to our children and welcomed them with open arms! We even got to meet their adorable kitty cat. We will definitely be back again!

Wonderful place along 95 corridor. Private with warm welcome by Will. We had water, electricity and access to empty tanks at on site septic area. Large area to walk our dogs, We definitely would return and recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay here! It’s a beautiful property with plenty of space, and a great setup. Isolated enough, but still close to shopping and groceries (5 minutes). The hosts were very welcoming and friendly, and even allowed us to extend our stay.

Though we were only there for a night, we enjoyed our nice, quiet stay. The owners met us upon arrival and were very nice. The site was pull through so we didn’t have to unhook our toad. There was ample grass to walk our dogs. The property was neat and tidy.
