We have a one-acre property located in Johnsonville, SC. It has septic, water, and electric on-site, and is just a few miles from the river where you can enjoy kayaking, fishing, and swimming. There’s also a great golf course that has recently reopened in the area. We’re only about an hour from Myrtle Beach, Florence, and Pawleys Island.The site is located in the center of whatever you could want to do! We are approx one hour from Myrtle, Pawleys, Litchfield, Garden City beaches. Perfect for a day trip to enjoy the beaches without having to stay in the traffic. Also, we are in the middle of 5 River landings ( Snows Lake, Venters, Bluff, Allison, etc). You can enjoy kayaking and fishing. The property is on 3/4 of an acre.

Mixed feelings

Ants 😣😫

16 ft pop-up camper · With kids

The space was good. Had available electricity and water was warm enough from spigot to take a “shower” in….the hosts were responsive. The problem on that particular land (and I’m told by the owner, in the area, in general) was there were ant hills all over the land and they bit! My husband was bit so bad he was bleeding from his foot and my 6 year old was bit quite a few times and my older daughter and myself a couple in random spots. When reported, the husband came and shook some stuff onto the ground that would have them take it back to the nest and kill them all that way. Unfortunately, we were not able to spend much time outside and had to be cooped up inside since the ants were literally everywhere. A few got inside our pop up, but thankfully not many. I would stay here again ONLY if the ants problem wasn’t a thing….

33 ft Class C

Simple and straightforward this is a nice little spot. Right off of a non busy rural road with several access points. Well placed hook ups and a nice flat spot for minimal leveling needed. Also, although secluded with just one house set back across the street, it is located just 2.5 miles from downtown with plenty of grocery shopping, hardware and other needs. I personally rode my bike into town twice and the route is pretty bike friendly. All in all a nice little spot to spend some time!

Clean and well kept property tucked away in a quaint little town, would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area
