Calling outdoor nature enthusiasts with epic fire pit with beautiful un-manicured natural surroundings in a complete private backyard with a canopy of tall trees. You'll appreciate a 30 amp hook up, outside shower, rustic screened porch and propane grill. The modest house structure will be unoccupied during your stay for your private booking on the 2.2 acre private property. Pet friendly with a runner as you are all there to get away and enjoy all the fresh air. There is hiking, beaching, boating, swimming, kayaking and golfing galore close by. Or shop, dine and visit beautiful coastal destination beaches and islands via ferries (Block and Long Island) of Southern MA, RI, CT &; NY. Watch Hill is only 12 miles away and check out Newport, Jamestown, Mystic, Foxwoods, North Stonington, wineries, breweries, farms, just too many things to describe. Or keep it more simple with local farms, ponds and chillax. Perfect central stop en route to your final destination. Please bring supplemental firewood. The last renters burned all that was available.RV hook up and outside shower on a simple, natural and private 2.2 acre location with an epic fire pit. BYOWood. Beautiful natural landscape with tall trees for complete privacy behind the old house. Gatherings up to 6 people and dogs are absolutely welcomed. You will love the 2 dog runners but please clean up after your pets so I may continue this option. Pristine water source, 30 amp moveable hook up; 110 outlet inside porch; outside shower; hot + cold spigots; enclosed screened house porch; grill and more. !!! Water and screened tent closes down in the winter !!! Plenty of things to do to please diverse interests for all! Calling self contained RVers and outdoor nature enthusiasts: hiking, beaching, boating, swimming, kayaking and golfing galore close by. Long Pond on North Rd is a magical hike with many unexpected surprises. Moon Rise Kingdom was filmed there! Ashville Pond is a great place to cool off or plentiful beautiful coastal beaches near by. Or shop, dine, golf and visit beautiful destinations of Newport, Watch Hill, Block Island, Narragansett, Mystic, Foxwoods, Stonington, wineries, breweries, farms, too many things to describe. You will love chilling by the roaring fire and playing in the backyard looking at the beautiful private scenery. Perfect central stop en route to your final destination. Property is on Rte 3 and close proximity to old exits 1 and 2 of I95. Listing is for RV’s but when tent camping, highway noise can be more noticeable as the wind blows.  Property includes 30amp hookup and a pristine water source to fill your tanks, drink and an outside shower! 🚿You will have the entire property to yourself while the modest house will not be occupied during your stay. Large space quick drive to beach
Lovely space ! Lots of area to spread out. Hosts were kind enough to set up a canopy tent for us with impending rain. Location was perfect for our intention of camping but being close to the beach, right off the highway. Although the street is close, the area is quiet and you’re nestled in the forest. Very cool fire pit in the rock. Would recommend and come again.

We really loved our stay here , Especially Buddy our border collie rescue Lots of room for him to play . Tons of privacy We were very Comfortable here . Joy was exceptional communicator ! Thank you 🌻

Overall my boyfriend, dog and I had a great one night stay, a little staycation for us- but made it fun! We are used to primitive camping typically up north in dense forest so to be honest we are more used to dry, peaceful, secluded sites (from civilization) so I may be bias. It was great everything KS Joy had available for your stay, from water, electric, the fire pit, the screen house tent to sit in, runner for dog, and privacy of having the entire yard to yourself without worrying about any other campers. however we did not feel too comfortable having our dog free the whole time or tying him to the runner provided, mostly because tho this Hipcamp is set a bit back from the house into the yard, we felt it was closer to the road than anticipated and we could hear cars going by on the main road and you can hear load highway traffic from 95 (especially in a tent which was mentioned in the listing). Also we have a German Shepard and we didn’t think the runner could hold our big doggo and we didn’t want to break it. Overall, I would definitely recommend this Hipcamp to people who want to camp without other campers and have privacy but should note that this is basically someone’s vacant house that they rent out the backyard for a campsite so you are basically camping in someone backyard (even tho no one else on property).from the listing, I anticipated that the campsite would be significantly set back far into the woods from the house but the house is very much still pretty close

This is a great part of RI and our first time there. The site is a little off the beaten path, but really only a short drive to some very nice villages. It’s off a main road, but it is so quiet and peaceful and you can’t see or hear any neighbors. The hot outdoor shower was a treat, as was the screened in gazebo (although the bugs weren’t bad at all). We enjoyed a great fire in the “fire pit” created by a wide crevice in the stone. KSJOY was a great host and very informative on our visit.

Beautiful property and the area for our trailer was so peaceful and private. All to ourselves. Water, 30amp power and nice private outdoor shower. Owner was quick to respond to any questions and very friendly. I would definitely stay here gain.
