Surrounded by nature and the charm of a nearby farm, guests are just a short stroll away from public access to the picturesque Delaware River, perfect for kayaking, canoeing, and fishing adventures. The scenery is nothing short of breathtaking, providing a tranquil backdrop for outdoor enthusiasts. Conveniently located a mere 5-minute drive from downtown Hancock, NY, guests have easy access to food shopping essentials. The tent site itself boasts amenities for a comfortable stay, including a fire pit for cozy evenings under the stars, a table with chairs for al fresco dining, a bundle of wood for campfires, and an outhouse for convenience.Site is situated at the bottom of a mountain, will need to park by entrance and walk to tent site. Site includes table and chairs, fire pit and area for tent. Outhouse available.

Camping under the stars

Access to the river was ideal for boaters. Situated at the mountain’s base with naturally uneven and rocky ground. Quiet and secluded campsite; note that a nearby road (not heavily used) is a few yards from the site.

Very friendly and easy setup. A little close to the road so lots of road sound but the site was gorgeous and easy to get back to Hancock.

The spot was easy to access off the main road and was in a beautiful place with easy fishing access. Free firewood as well. The only issue is that most of the ground is mulch which breeds lots of flies in the summertime which can be quite annoying. Other than that, the owners were quite nice and overall very inviting.

Nice site tucked in the woods on the hillside in the back of the property. I will say the tent pad was slightly slanted, but they said they are still working on it so I’m sure it will be leveled soon. Hosts were great and very responsive. Site had all you need for a camp. Would definitely stay here again!
