I loved the proximity to the Reserve and the Bay. So convenient and all utensils in the kitchen to feel like home.

This place was amazing! Highly, highly, highly recommend! It was ironically spacious and very clean. We'll definitely plan on making this an annual trip for our little family.

Well stocked mini cabin (awesome very well stocked kitchen and bbq), super location with easy access to a great hike 1 block away, great local beer and ice cream delivered to your door, beautiful Medow access, nice people, what’s not to love about this place!

Gon Fishin at Sheltered Nook
This place was perfect. The home is much bigger inside than it looks outside and had all of the thoughtful touches to make sure you feel at home. They also had a lot of accommodations for doggies around the property which we thought was sweet. It’s not super close to the popular beaches but we had a nice time at Rockaway. The hosts were very sweet and had the best lobby choices I’ve ever seen ( so much beer! ). Would recommend.

Very cozy, quiet, and cute. All the necessities in the house and very well-maintained and clean. Nice short walk to the bay. Great local recommendations from the host and I appreciated the local beer/Ice cream on hand.

This property was everything me and my friends expected. Cozy tiny homes, personal fire places, full kitchen and secluded area that has cute family of ducks. Easy to get in and out of. Very close to tons of local hikes and beaches.

Had an amazing time at Sheltered Nook! Dee and Hank were so helpful and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The nook is nicely tucked away in a quiet area close to a great trail by the bay. Very close to Tillamook, Cape Meares etc.. The tiny homes are super comfortable and come stocked with everything you need for you and your dog! They’re also impeccably clean. Dee and Hank also wore masks when interacting with us which made us feel at ease during these times. Will be back for sure!

Such a cute cozy spot! Definitely would recommend staying here. It was super clean and had everything we needed. The tiny homes were nestled together pretty closely but everyone was very respectful of each other’s privacy. The common area was well groomed with a fire pit to share. There was a large grassy area which was great for our little pup to explore. The hosts were very welcoming and happy to help in any way. If you are looking for a relaxing experience then go ahead and book!

Dee was a fantastic host. He was very friendly and gave great advice about where to go and what to do in the area. Sheltered Nook is a clean, safe, family-friendly place to stay. The kids loved the tiny home and didn't want to leave. The home was well-kept and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The S'more kits and choice of games to borrow were a nice bonus. We can't wait to book another stay.

It was great location; close to Tillamook and food options. Perfect spot for quick day trips to Canon beach and Pacific city. Tiny homes was clean and perfect for long weekend getaway.

Mermaid was a charming tiny house, with many special accommodations, especially for dog owners. Dee and Hank were very welcoming and quickly smoothed out any problems. I would highly recommend the Sheltered Nook enclave of tiny houses.

We had a great time at Sheltered Nook! The house was perfect and very clean. A nice setting with a big meadow for kids to run around and play in. Beer on tap and bottles of wine for purchase. We would definitely return!

Excellent place to stay, enough room to enjoy and not far from the beach. Plenty of cookware in the kitchens, the everything was in good condition.

Places are kept up very well. The pictures aren't as good as the actual site, and they will come out and start the fire for you. Will be visiting again.

Sheltered Nook was great! Excellent location only a short drive from Tillamook and Garibaldi. Unit was very clean and well stocked with all the necessities. Quiet area on a beautiful piece of property. We had a problem with our requested unit reservation, but after some conversation with Dee she made sure to make it right. We will definitely be back! Highly recommend!

This tiny house experience was so much better than I even imagined. The house is fully stocked with everting you could need. The bed was so comfortable, the location was private and just so sweet. The setting is gorgeous, all of the other “campers” were friendly. Dee, the host, was charming, warm, helpful, efficient, and really delightful. It’s clear she loves hosting and sharing her beautiful property. We enjoyed some amazing hikes and loved that they were so close by. There is so much to explore in the area. I would love to come back and stay a bit longer. Thank you, Dee!

The most fantastic hosts! Brought games and movies to the doors. Thoughtful about social distance and very open. Beyond clean, warm, magical and inviting! This is the place to stay on the Oregon coast. Perfect get away!! If you haven’t tried you are missing out! Can’t tell you enough and don’t tell to many people :)

My son and I stayed at the Mermaid at Sheltered Nook after camping for several days. It was such a beautiful house. Had everything we needed. We were particularly pleased to meet mittens and the chickens and ducks. We would defiantly stay again!!

Sheltered Nook was beyond our expectations - which were high considering how lovely it looks in pictures. What a wonderful spot! The homes are spacious, beautifully designed, and offer a fantastic outdoor area that will definitely have to come back on a sunnier weekend to use. The perfect year-round spot for a beachy, cosy, camp-ish getaway!

Try staying here in the off season! It's magical to wake up in a snowy village of tiny homes. The homes are very clean and remarkably spacious. Our hosts were so kind and helpful. We loved our friend, Mittens the cat.
