Park in our spacious wrap‑around driveway beneath towering Ponderosa pines, then drift off under a brilliant canopy of stars—no harsh streetlights, just true Central Oregon night skies. For peace of mind, the property is equipped with a motion‑activated light and security cameras to keep you and your gear safe. Wake up to the fresh scent of juniper trees and, if you’re lucky, enjoy a quiet morning watching a local herd of mule deer grazing through the yard. Just across the street, you’ll find access to the Central Oregon Canal Trail, running both east and west. Head east for an easy 5‑minute bike ride to Fred Meyer, Starbucks, and plenty of other conveniences. Go west and you’ll cruise through 123+ acres of forested public land, connecting directly to the Deschutes River Trail—only about 4 minutes away. Once there, adventure is everywhere: fishing, bouldering, biking, swimming, rafting, and wildlife viewing are all just a short walk from the property. Planning a visit to the Old Mill District or Hayden Homes Amphitheater for shopping, dining, drinks, or a concert? It all begins just ¾ of a mile downhill. If you’re viewing this listing, you probably already know what makes Bend such a special destination—world‑class outdoor recreation, great food and drink, and a relaxed mountain‑town vibe. But if you’d like recommendations or local tips, we’re happy to help you find the perfect spot. We’ll continue adding photos and amenities as we grow, and we truly appreciate your interest. If the dates don’t line up this time, we hope to host you on your next trip to Bend.
