My cousin and I had a wonderful time staying at New Hope Homestead. Miranda is the sweetest ever and by far brought the most hospitality out of any host I’ve been able to meet so far on our trip. Highly HIGHLY recommend staying here if you’re looking for a great place to stay and some friendly folks to chat with!

Before arriving the host contacted me to suggest I could camp on a newly built wooden foundation where they planned to build on in the future. Where I was instructed to park, the wooden foundation was closer and would be more comfortable than the ground, so I decided to pitch my tent there. I had to trek up a small hill, dragging my gear with me, and did not notice the small plants on the ground (my mistake). I got a call latter from the host warning me about all the poison oak around where I was camped! She should have said something prior, and the fact that the property has a lot of poison oak should have been noted in the listing.

Miranda was an absolutely lovely host! She has created a sweet and welcoming environment. I felt very safe and cared for at her place. Her communication and flexibility were fantastic.
My only hesitation about staying there again would be the noise factor. I am a light sleeper and could hear cars on the road a good portion of the night, which for many, may not be an issue. If it’s not, definitely land there:)

Amazing and wonderful. Hard to know where to start. Miranda is caring and delightful person. Her property reflects this. Beautiful...peaceful...creative...diverse. it is a place that one would wish to just stay a week. She is very accommodating and caring. I was possibly having a medical issue. She immediately offered to help in any way she could. She modified her usual parking spaces to be just perfect for me. Her compost toilet is Beautiful.... one can't say that about too many toilets of any kind. Could go on and on. Lastly...She doesn't charge enough!!

Miranda has a beautiful property with her amazing family. Miranda has been very hospitable and understanding. We are extremely thankful to have found New Hope Homestead. It gave us an opportunity to recenter while my partner worked locally, we stayed about two months. The property is refreshing, especially if you don’t like your neighbors super close like in RV parks. The chickens and garden are amazing while Miranda was knowledgeable as well as willing to collaborate and provide genuine advice if asked. Miranda has been wonderful with our fur babies and has helped with our semi-reactive dog. We came here in search of peace and are leaving with a friend! The land is gently sloping with about three acres of cleared land including the home site. Miranda has been working each fall to establish walking trails through the wooded parts. Enjoy, be respectful and say hi to the birds!

Miranda was such a gracious host! My husband and I appreciated her opening her space to us. Beautiful property! I already miss Hawkeye the Rooster, greeting me at sunrise as I enjoyed my morning coffee!

New Hope Homestead has been a tremendous blessing. We have been calling in a safe space to recharge while completing some necessary maintenance on our 22 ft Class C motorhome. Their property and hospitality have been above & beyond on all levels.
Mircat & Fam hold beautiful space and show up fully to support others where they can. She has been present, diligent, direct and transparent with us, qualities that we greatly admire. She has even allowed us to store some project supplies in the garage and to park under the carport roof ~ its been the perfect alignment for all!
This rainbow squad has so much love & joy to share with the world. They have been very open and receptive in meeting heart to heart and sharing loving vibes. We are humbled and grateful to have connected with them and for all the precious time that we are able to enjoy at this sanctuary. Thanks for all the epic experiences and here's to many more!

Beautiful views from this location. Miranda is a perfect host. She met us upon arrival & showed us the ropes. She left us fresh eggs from her flock of adorable chickens & even shared her garden with us. Grants Pass is a beautiful little town located close to the Rogue River. We were there in the fall & I was in awe of the beautiful trees every time we ventured out.

Miranda is such a great host! Met us on arrival & gave us the lowdown. She has such geat energy! We were nestled with the garden on one side & her chickens behind us. She shared her fresh eggs & let me pick veggies. The views are majestic. We were here in October.

New Hope Homestead RV
We stayed at New Hope Homestead for 13 weeks and it was perfect. The property has such a homey vibe that it made us feel instantly welcome. It had more than enough room for our 29' motorhome and we were able to park our car next to it. There was plenty of space for our dog to stretch her legs and have a great spot to lay outside. It was always a treat to open the door to find all kinds of produce/fruits/eggs from the homestead. If you're in the area and need a place to stay, don't hesitate to book this spot!!
