Christina was quick to response to my messages and left me notes around the campsite since I was arriving super late. I didn't get to explore much, but from what I could see, visiting the campsite on a warm season would ideal with all the outdoor space.

Nice place to put our tent and wonderfully kind and compassionate host, Christina. Very quiet and peaceful setting, close to highways without the highway noise. Highly recommend.

Christina! What a joy to stay in your gorgeous piece of land. Thank you for being so welcoming. We were lucky to hear wonderful music in the morning, and share conversation and coffee. Went out of her way to be accommodating, and the shower looking out over the hills and the vineyards was delightful. Don’t pass this place up!

Getaway, yep that is the word. Getaway from your tent or camper to the oak tree. Getaway for a stroll around the property where, even in early fall, wildflowers were blooming. Getaway to experience the little sights and sounds in the gardens. I stayed two nights in my van, lingering all day in a book. This is a beautiful place to stay in a tent or small vehicle. I want to visit in summer next time.

Christina is an awesome host. The space worked out perfectly for our group of four (we booked both spots). Plenty of well spaced out flat areas for our tents, outdoor kitchen and dining table, gas fire pit, and appropriate nighttime lighting (not too bright to keep us from seeing tons of stars, and a few satellites). The outdoor shower with hot water is a game changer. We’d stay again and highly recommend that you do, too.

Absolutely stay here!! I spent one night in little Tuscany camping under the giant oak tree, and it was everything I was hoping for and more. Christina was so helpful and very accommodating, and Jeffrey was courteous and kind and walked me through the setup when I arrived. The valleys temperature was perfect and I fell asleep under the full moon, it was a truly memorable trip. Traveling for the first time alone I was a bit nervous, but the space is stunning and feels very safe, and the amenities make it stand out against anywhere else I’ve camped. If you’re thinking about it - BOOK IT! I’ll definitely be back (:

Had a lovely stay here. The host was welcoming and we had a pleasant conversation. The heat was something to reckon with, but a cool and inviting pool was just a hop, skip, and a jump away. It cooled off considerably once the sun went down and I was serenaded to sleep by the sounds of nature. In the morning, a deer dropped by to nibble at the garden as I packed my things. Wished I could have lingered there, but I’ll be back again. Inshallah

The most lovely place to stay the night. So easy to find and a beautiful drive through farmland and wine country. This site is right across and up the road from a well stocked country store, no fresh produce but Rays Food Place is just a short ten minute drive to Jacksonville for a complete grocery store. Used the outdoor shower twice: once when in the evening when I arrived and again in the morning before I left. Both times were tremendously refreshing but particularly in the evening when the sun was setting and it was still warm outside. Slept in my own car but there is ample room for tents of any size. Friendly dogs roaming, wild turkeys taking morning strolls, the sweet smell of summer rain, the outdoor shower. Honestly I could name another ten things I liked about this place but it still wouldn’t do it justice. Great cell service and be prepared for a porter potty.

This place is truly wonderful, and Christina is fantastic.
The land has great amenities, like and outdoor shower, pool, sink, picnic tables, chairs, shade, and kitchen space. I camped under a 400-year old oak tree.
Christina is a lovely host and was super helpful, supportive, and friendly.
I HIGHLY recommend this place for chill, open travelers who enjoy good company and beautiful nature.
