We were in Ashland to go to a play and this was very convenient! The farm is a cute family enterprise and the horses are friendly. Nice to have water and power.

The place has so much potential and doing a hip camp there is a great idea, but it didn’t move much past the idea stage. Great location-easy to get to and see places. The outdoor shower is awesome and love all the fruit trees we got to enjoy! Great peaches! But the place needs attention: weed eat the areas where people camp and the paths that they would use. We had the spot with power and water, but you have no shade for your trailer , so you better have an awning and we put our chairs in the nearby orchard to be in the beautiful shade! It’s a nice spot , but primitive. And we thought there would be more hands-on experiences with the farm , but none to be had. Go, enjoy the area, but don’t expect much from the farm. It’s a place to camp.

Positives:
Location - surrounded by beautiful farmland within close proximity to Ashland. Horses grazing nearby and occasionally coming into campsite was lovely way to start and end the day. Water and electricity hookup at site.
Communication - prior to arrival was great.
Negatives:
Site: overgrown with weeds, lumpy earth and an irrigation ditch in construction. Worked okay with travel trailer but wouldn't tent camp here. Electricity hookup was next to ditch so I couldn't back trailer close enough for cable to reach. Though, I don't see any signs of damage, the trees lining path into property are seriously overgrown and brush against vehicles when entering and exiting. The campsite itself has no shade so be sure to bring your own. Flys and gnats made being outside in the early evening unbearable. Maybe that's normal especially since camp sits next to horse corral but suspect the open water ditch doesn't help.
Neutral: Camp host was cordial enough and greeted us on arrival. Husky wolf dogs didn't bother us but we're dog people and liked seeing them. The dogs briefly came into our camp a couple times but the majority of time stayed away.

The host was responsive, and the photos are beautiful yet they hide the truth: this place is a bunch of unfinished projects; there is junk all around. The tent site wasn’t ready for hours after check in. We didn’t know where the bathroom or kitchen was though finally another renter told us where to find it: the sink was dirty with rusty silverware and upon opening the fridge we were assaulted with a horrible stench of old rotten food. We left for a more functional campground.

Very charming stay, affordable accommodations within 7 minutes of Ashland. The orchard contained ripe fruit, the goats were super cute, the warm shower was very nice! We did not bring a pet and found all the pets on the property to be chill and friendly. It was private and quiet, with no one really around the whole time we were there in the middle of July. We booked the RV site that's in the middle of a field but brought a tent, so it was a little hot and bright in the morning without shade. There is a rooster who begins crowing at 2 am, but ear plugs solved that. I think prospective guests should be aware of the recommendation not to pee in the composting toilet, as some kids or teenagers might not be prepared to pee outside. Overall a beautiful, great place to stay and good deal with convenient, quick access to everything in Ashland.

Communication skills. Did not respond to phone calls about water hook up for 2 nights and couldn't get anyone to answer the door. I think having someone to greet and give some basic instructions, like where is the potable water hook up and where is the composting toilet, is there a composting area, would lead to a smoother transition for both parties. We left 2 days early. Couldn't find a person to tell, no answer to our knocking on door of the home, left no message. Just irritated. Having said that, I hope Tenasi will be able to be successful in this venture. Oregon is stunning, and the site seems like a good fit for a Hipcamp stay.

Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience. The spot was part of a really small yard space, where the grass was not mowed, dogs in heat were tied to the trees within feet of our camping spot, within few minutes of sitting in our camping chairs we were bitten by fleas and had to retreat to our enclosed truck camper, there was no hot water in the sink or the shower.

Overall we had a okay experience we will not be returning due to the animals, they have two wolf husky breeds that our livestock guardians and a old shepered that’s a house dog all very sweet animals to humans and the other house dogs but if you have a animal while you take them out on leash be prepared to have a forced greeting from there dogs there was a lot of the times we had to go out and put there dog on a tie out to take our dogs out to go potty and then his youngest dog flower broke the lead, she will also attempt to enter your trailer or vehicle if you don’t pay attention while getting in. it’s a gorgeous property cute little spot right behind the main house you do have a gentleman that lives in a airstream about 15-20 feet next to your spot that will most likely greet on arrival as well as the host they have a cooking set up and outhouse.

Great location close to town with beautiful hillsides. The shower was cold water only, but for the price, having an option to get clean is a huge bonus! The host was friendly and welcoming, but he also gave us our privacy which was really nice. We loved having goats on the property. They were used to people and not at all skittish, so they were a fun bonus!

We were excited to stay on an Organic Farm but the spot we rented had a large trailer in it so we barely had enough room for our vehicle not to block the private roadway. We tried to message the host but did not get a response before we went to bed.

I loved tent camping at Mindful Earth! Tenasi gave me a short tour and it's a really cool property. A big windstorm in the morning meant I packed up early, but that's all part of camping!

I enjoyed my stay at Mindful Earth Farm. Tenasi was friendly and helpful. The spot was great with an incredible view. I loved that it was quiet and peaceful and only a 10 minute drive between Ashland and Talent.

Easy to find, and not too far from the highway. Campsite was flat and accommodating for a tent or campervan. Probably not big enough for a 5th wheel or trailer. Property was a little sketchy and the site was next to a junk yard. Dogs were friendly but multiple piles of dog poop were located steps away from our camp.

I recently stayed at this campsite and had a great experience overall. The on-site amenities were a big plus, especially the outdoor bathroom and shower. The location is great, being close to town, so grabbing food or supplies was super easy. I also loved that there were friendly farm animals to interact with, which added a fun touch to the stay. The only downside was that the ground was a bit rocky, making it hard to drive in tent stakes, but it wasn’t a dealbreaker. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this spot for anyone looking for a mix of nature and convenience!

My friend & I showed up to the farm in the evening & were unable to get ahold of Tenasi due to service issues. The huskies greeted us while we waited for the hosts to greet us out front. We eventually had to get another camp spot but were fully refunded.

Incredible and secluded spot with easy access to both Medford and Ashland. The water was clean and it had an easily accessible 30amp hookup. Make sure you try a fig if they're in season - they taste like candy!
