This is a real, active ranch where cattle graze open pastures, wildlife roams freely, and the rhythms of country life set the pace. Guest can enjoy river access for fishing, kayaking, or simply relaxing by the water, all while taking in the sweeping views of the rolling hills and wide-open skies. Whether you're looking to unwind under the stars, explore the surrounding landscape, or experience life on a working ranch, you'll find a quiet, authentic getaway here. We're proud to share our land with visitors who appreciate nature, respect ranch operations, and enjoy a slower, simpler way of life.

site 1 is a riverside campsite that is a flat grassy space on the banks of the coquille river. Perfect for fishing, swimming, and kayaking. Guess will enjoy half acre to themselves, but please note there may be another group visible 500 feet down river. No restrooms, showers, or RV hookups. Dry camping only. Guest will need to be self-contained, take waste with them and leave no trace. Site also includes 4 rod holders if you would like to try your hand at a big striper. See photos for the ones we have caught in years pass out there.
