Wild and rustic woodland camping experience just 10 minutes from Newport! Escape to our private and picturesque 45-acre valley where the weather is always 10 degrees warmer and dryer compared to Newport. The perfect location to base your coastal getaway. Welcome to Little Beaver Creek Farm! Established in 2017, we are a small family operation opening our farm to campers just like you for the first time this year. We have horses, dogs, chickens, and will soon welcome goats to the farm. We are happy to show you around the farm and introduce you to the animals. We only ask that you do not bring any animals of your own so that we keep ours safe (exception for horses). NOTE: Horse camping is available! Please book here on hipcamp or visit our website. There are over a miles worth of trails around the property for you to explore! Perfect for hiking or horse back riding. Foraging is permitted. PLEASE REMEMBER this is our home, not a commercial campground. If you are a small family, quiet couple, horse lover, or forager who understands and respects nature, we would love to have you 😊 PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: • CHECK IN: 3-8pm. • CHECK OUT: 11am • All sites except site #5 are a short walk (<1 min) or hike in. • Please read each site description carefully. • NO RV’s, trailers, or car camping. (Unless you have a horse trailer and are horse camping) • BATHROOM: A regularly serviced port-a-potty • WATER: Communal drum with water provided. Please bring your own drinking water. • GARBAGE: Pack it in, pack it out! We do not provide a dumpster. • ROAD: All gravel road leading too and on property. Standard clearance cars will be fine • WHAT TO BRING: Tarps for under and over your tent. Headlamp/flashlight. Rain coat and jacket. Bug spray. • NOISE: Sites are well spaced out, but sound does travel. Quiet hours are 10pm-6am. • SEASONAL FORAGING is encouraged. Berries are free range but please ask before foraging any mushrooms. • CELL SERVICE: Unlikely. • ABSOULETLY NO HUNTING. • CREEK: There is a seasonal creek. No easy access available. • DO NOT leave children unattended at any time. • NEARBY ACTIVITIES: Newport Historic Bayfront (~15mins). Oregon Coast Aquarium (~18 mins). Yaquina Head Lighthouse (~20 mins). Surfing (~18 mins)

Site 5 is situated away from all other camp spots and sits above the main parking area. A cozy location with mixed terrain that can accommodate any camp setup type. The sand pit itself is perfect to set your tent up on, use as your sitting area, or let the kids play in. This is our only site that you can park directly at! Electrical hookups are available for your use, no water hookup. Cars, trucks and vans are welcome but no trailers! You can car/van camp or tent camp in this site, your choice. Parking: At site Walk time: 0 minutes. Max party size: 6 people, no more than 4 adults. Campsite Landscape: Dirt, grass, and sand. Amenities: Hammock trees. Bring your own grill!

Rowan was such a great host! They printed a welcome sign for our first family camping trip, so when we arrived it already felt so special! We took our toddler camping and it was the perfect space for her to run around and be free. She loved the dogs and the big open field! We would definitely come back.

Site #5: The Sandpit
Rowan's directions were spot on and clear to follow. I was looking for a quiet place to stay on a very busy weekend at the Coast. The sand pit was the perfect place for this. A short drive to Newport and was able to sleep where it wasn't foggy. The sandpit was nice and level for my car camping and most importantly unbelievably quiet. I will return to the Sand Pit the next time I am in the Newport area.

Horse Camp: Corral + Tent Camp
Really wasn't what we expected. The designated parking area was a bit of a walk to carry tent and our sleeping bags; if you wanted to camp in a more secluded area. Road a lil bumpy to get here. We paid for two nights but didn't actually stay. The hosts seem easy to communicate with on this site. But I didn't have cell service when we were actually at the site to ask questions.

Such a lovely spot in the forest. We enjoyed visiting the horses and the hosts were so nice and welcoming. The sand pit was perfect for our van and tent combo.

We loved staying at little beaver creek farm! The area was beautiful and well kept - we loved saying hi to the horses and picking blackberries. Hosts were so kind and made us feel at home. Would definitely recommend.

Rowan and her mom were fantastic hosts! Rowan was incredibly friendly, communicative, and went above and beyond to accommodate our last-minute trip with a large group of friends, even creating a special site just for us. The property was beautiful, and their sweet dog Tank kept a watchful eye over everything. We felt so welcome. Thank you so much for having us! We absolutely recommend booking with them! :)
